Not a 3 star hotel. 2 at best and I stay in hotels 50-70 nights a year.

No comment Ac acts up and living room tv missing body wash empty and curtains ripped off too

Staff was friendly, I had a few inconveniences but staff was fast about resolving the issues. The room is very spacious. It had a living room, good size refrigerator and a microwave.

No large towels only had hand towels in room. AC was leaking and sound of dripping the whole night.

Nothing It was filthy, poorly maintained, and felt very unsafe. Urine on the bathroom door, which couldn’t be fully shut due to missing parts.

Even though I had a reservation I arrived with the surprise that they did not had a room for me . This is not a serious operation, it hurt my travel plans.

The pictures online and the actual property are vastly different. I called ahead of time because I accidentally booked a king-size room and asked for a room with two double beds and was told that as soon as I arrived, they would switch my room. When I arrived, I was told they had no available rooms. They also told me they had no available towels. The room smelled of dirt and must this hotel is rundown, and I am completely shocked that it is a Holiday Inn and carries that brand name. I would never come back here. The only positive thing I could really say is that the staff was nice in the bed was comfortable, but I would not come back.

Every side access door was prayed open or left open with a stone. What was the purpose of having doors for security if they are always left open. The pool is never cleaned. Rooms are always flooded due to poor maintenance o shower construction.

Style of apartment. The rooms need to be maintained. Doors are not working, shower on bad condition, mirror broken, Washing machine is not working.
