unsanitary bed conditions with no staff on duty overnight to fix the problem. i had to get a room elsewhere so i didn't have to sleep on a bed stained by god knows what. Engine was great trying to help me out, but evidently the property only agreed to refund me for 1 night even though i paid for 2 nights. definitely will never book a room at an Extended Stay property again.

I did not like anything. It was a long 3 hours of killing roaches ,the toilet was fool of shit .I book for 7 days for 872 dollars. I check in at about 11:45 pm and left at 5:30 am. She sent me to the 2nd building on the 2nd floor.the room was not cleaned.I ask for a change and that is when I met with this mess.if I knew it was that bad,I would have left right away.I spend the all time killing bugs,roaches.they charge me 2 times.I book on line,they say they have not received the payment.I pay again.on the 3rd day I check my credit card and called the bank,they confirm I got billed 2 times.and when I was leaving the messy hotel,the lady told me if I want a bedroom in the renovated one.I ask her ,what do you mean That is when I realized why some people are giving good reviews.because they choose who to send to the renovated ones. and under which looks they will send you to the filthy ones.even though you are well presented ,book for many days or putting money in their pocket.THAT IS A SHAME.THIS PLACE IS A SHAME FOR BOCA RATON

Room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, someone smoked in there. Guests on the 1st floor were grilling in the parking lot and running some weird kind of barber services outside their room. Likely also selling some illicit material as there were several vehicles passing through and stopping at that 1st floor tenant's room.

Very good

The stay was okay, and the staff was really nice and helpful. Janine and Vania were magnificent. The only downside was the breakfast — it basically didn’t exist, just coffee, even though the booking stated that breakfast was included. The room was clean.

There was cockroaches in the room and they only provided the beds with two whole pillows when we arrived and when I checked out it took the man running the desk in the morning 20 minutes to come out of his office to check not only me but 2 other individuals to check out of this place.
