Poor security. Kids running all over the hotel until 1:30am! Hotel did nothing about it. Won’t be returning.

I have stayed here many times and this is obviously one of the greatest resorts in the entire country- maybe even in the world. Expansive and beautiful, you can take the water taxi from the cloister and the tower over to the beach club. All the food at all the restaurants is impeccable, the architecture is absolutely gorgeous in every area of the entire resort. Such a beautiful place to say with incredible staff and incredible beautiful grounds. Can’t wait to come back.

Overall good experience. The restaurants had great food, pool vibe and beach relaxing. Didn’t like the room view and the arcade needs a redo.

- it fad been recently painted and there was paint dripped on the club chair and rug - the bathroom was infested with small bugs - there was a huge 2 inch cockroach In the shower Never experienced this prior as the propert is pristine. Very disappointed

Beautiful property with an incredible selection of complimentary amenities, including the kids’ club, water taxi, game room, arcade, and even a fully stocked minibar.
