There is limited paid parking. Valet misrepresented the daily charge after check-in point of no return. Upon checkout, there was no water in the unit, check out was easy, yet the attendant over expressed his appreciation of our stay to a point of absurdity with no genuine emotion or eye contact.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel is perfectly located on the marina, with beautiful views and the ocean just a two-minute walk away. Our room was always spotless, and every single person who worked there, including the staff behind the scenes, worked together like a well-oiled machine. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. Coffee was available downstairs for a few hours every morning, and water was available throughout the day. Breakfast was delicious, and they were very accommodating with our food allergies. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely stay here again!

On first arrival we met receptionist Dejeuna I think that was her name, really professional, helpful and courteous on changing room. Unfortunately we didn’t see her again and Antony served me and my wife with such abruptness, looking at his phone and taking a call while serving me as we extended our stay. Also another lady who served mainly in the evening wasn’t particularly approachable with matter of fact service without eye contact.

Comments the manager called my room at almost 10:00’pm to ask if they could send house keeping , I was already asleep and said no I Gabe photos, then after 10:00 a maintenance man bangs on my door and ask to check something ?? I said no This property is in an amazing location and has soo much potential but it needs a lot of help / I will not stay here again

The employees are unhelpful. The restaurant sat us and an hour later told up they were not taking and more food or drink orders. Could have said that before they sat us and wasted an hour of our time. We walk to the Japanese restaurant next door, and had no problems.

Great location, delicious food. Staff are very nice and very helpful. We had a wonderful weekend. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

the check in went well and the food at the outside resturant was good. the people who work there are extremely nice and helpful however, the female bar tender that worked this past sunday was one of the worst that i’ve ever come across . she actually disappeared for 45 mins , the waiter didn’t know what to say or do . when she finally came back she had an attitude , just terrible !!!

If they would add in a breakfast bar like the other Hiltons, they would get five stars for me. Be honest I don’t need a $35 breakfast. I just need something to eat and when a high-end Hilton can’t serve an excellent breakfast but the Hilton Hamptons’ can it is silly. I am more likely to pay for a high-end dinner than a high-end breakfast. So I ate at the restaurant at night, but I bought cereal and milk for the refrigerator. And it didn’t have anything to do with. Could I afford it? It had to do with the convenience of having a little more time to rest.

Our room (728) was amazing. We had a room that faced the ICW with a perfect line of sight to the beach and beach club across the way. It was the perfect place to watch sunrise with a cup of coffee.

The registration staff was excellent. I was placed in arguably the nicest suite in the facility. Two balconies overlooking the ocean was definitely a relaxing experience. My only complaint was that there was no glassware available. It would have been nice to have the option of enjoying a late-night cocktail while sitting on the balcony.

The hotel is located in a unique area. Beautiful views of the water. Seaspray has great drinks and yummy food.

Unfortunately, the guest rooms did not live up to the standards suggested by the public areas. The rooms feel dated and could benefit from significant maintenance and renovation. Our biggest issue was the noise. We were assigned a room facing the road, and traffic noise continued throughout the night. As a result, we barely slept during our stay. When choosing a hotel, some of the most basic expectations are cleanliness, comfort, and a good night's sleep. While the property delivered on location and amenities, it fell short on the sleep experience. Considering the price, we did not feel the room quality justified the cost, especially since there are several better-value hotel options available in Boca Raton. That said, I would absolutely recommend visiting the property for its restaurants, pool area, and overall ambiance. Just be aware that the guest room experience may not match the quality of the hotel's public spaces.

I can’t believe I found a roach in my room!!!! Not what I expected from all the good reviews. Small pool and they gave me double bedroom instead one king bet that I asked for. Horrible experience!!!!! I called the service desk he just asked do you need help with the roach or you can take care of it !!!!!! Not quite at all you hear cars sounds all night long.

The property was ok. No soda or drinks available on site. Valet parking left our windows down and seats were wet. Pool was very small! Resort may be the wrong word to use here.
