Waterstone Resort & Marina Boca Raton, Curio Collection by Hilton

The restaurant area is very nice and the staff at the restaurant bar were great. The view is very good if you’re on the balcony looking at water (I was) although technically I was facing the parking lot. Somewhat difficult to get Uber/Lyft from here (takes a long time). Maybe that’s just Boca in general.

The hotel is clean. Great use of the space. Not a lot of long hallways to walk through. A great small size to get in. Get up to your room and get about your day. The rooms were comfortable. The bed was great! It was clean and they texted right away if we needed anything and within 5 minutes we had what we needed. To find the place was a little hard because of all the trees and the front of the hotel when you come in is small to get to the valet or park yourself.

Super cute boutique hotel very close to downtown. Their charging stations are all Tesla, but they have adapters for non-Tesla EVs. The room was spacious and clean and the bar downstairs had great ambiance and not overpriced like most hotel bars. They even let us get one extra round in after closing. Looking forward to coming back!

Truthfully, the hotel is okay. However, for the cost per day, I was underwhelmed.

Then come to find out 30 minutes later it’s a false alarm from the kitchen. No management from the hotel made any announcement that it was safe to go back to the rooms. When I went to the front desk that morning and spoke briefly in reference to the situation and how my family was inconvenienced and asked to speak would be Hotel manager, I was told the manager is out until Tuesday. they had no protocol in place for an emergency such as this, and nor have I’ve been contacted by the hotel since I checked out on 9/7/26

The valet parking was a little difficult to navigate (parking flow and entrance), but otherwise loved the property and the rooms, etc.

We stayed one night. Although brief, everything was great. Having breakfast by the pool and seeing the boats go by was very enjoyable. Our room had a fantastic view!

During our stay the room was muggy and humid due to a broken seal on the door that was used to enter the balcony. We needed to use the pullout couch for my daughter and there were no linens provided. We called to request a set and the linens brought up were rough and not comfortable. The pullout couch mattress needed to be replaced. The springs were poking through. We were there to drop my daughter off at college and requested a third key for the room so each adult could have access to the room - the third key was never received. Even after going to the desk multiple times - the staff was always too busy to assist. When returning home I reviewed my credit card statement and we were charged an additional $223.00. I have reached out to the property and they stated it was for parking my vehicle on the property while we stayed for 3 nights. This additional charge was not disclosed to us when checking in - the only fee disclosed was the $41.00 valet fee. Due to the valet fee we opted to self park to avoid additional charges. Little did we know we were still charged to park ourselves.
