Personal service toward each guest was impeccable. Por favor, beautiful property wonderful people.

All was fine until we tried to give my son a bath , after the bath my wife , lifted the lever to drain the water and instead of the water going down the drain it came out of the sides of the tub . Now she started panicking cause water was everywhere. Whatever towels we had we put down and called maintenance and management, maintenance never came until later that day and management was supposed to relay message to general manager, which they said we would get a phone call within 1(5 minutes, which never happened. We were supposed to stay a additional day , but from the poor response we received and from the marijuana smell on the whole floor . I changed our flight and proceeded to check out . Reception said that we would receive a phone call from management again the next day , which never happened again. So to put it In a nutshell , when your spending that kind a money per night and receive that type of service , what’s the point

I booked for the wrong days by mistake (my company frequently stays at this hotel). I was hoping that the hotel would be accommodating and refund me partially for my no show but they were not able to. Very disappointing.

Tower room 10/10 Pool 10/10 Staff everywhere from front desk, pool, housekeeping, restaurants, spa and valet all 10/10 Server at pool Ella was awesome Server at princess’s Radu was awesome Server at sardellas James was awesome Definately going to return!!! Thank you for an amazing vacation!
