It needs a renovation though. It’s tired, man. The water pressure is a trickle—they have cheap adjustable shower heads set to the massage setting to try to simulate water pressure. Kinda sad for a hotel that size. Oh, it’s loud at night—the fast n furious crowd love to play out their F1 fantasies in daddy’s BMW and the noise from their crappy exhaust systems just ricochets off the buildings. Don’t plan on relaxing.

Back hurts in fourth night of stay. Breakfasts are better than the average. Check in staff and daily front desk can be trained better. Parking garage at 25 a day.

$25 a night parking fee, hvac with no control, we stayed in a room that was 63*. Was told by maintenance we could turn fan speed to low but that was all. Then management beat on our door waking us at 9 am and accused of smoking in room, we weren't. Oddly, how does one defend self of that? We invited them to inspect room and when they came in and saw/smelled nothing, no apology. We were not treated like guests. Crossing Hyatt off the list and sharing my experience.

This is my second time staying at the property and it is always clean and the staff is very friendly! I recommend this hotel to everyone who may be thinking about going to Boca Raton.

The best hotel experience I’ve had since nice pre-pandemic! From the moment I checked in, the staff was sincerely friendly! Every one of the. The room was beautiful. Their breakfast buffet had everything you can think of and the staff kept it stocked. It’s located downtown, so you have a variety of restaurants nearby. It was fantastic! The staff needs to be commended!

Location. Front desk staff always friendly. They say “hello” every time I walk by. Although the room was spacious, it was lacking character and charm. It was very sterile. You should probably fix the seat cushions at the restaurant. See attached

Overnight Parking is a scam!! $25? Should be free for guests. Just a money grab!

helpful staff. I have a large truck and they help me park it across street from the hotel which had ample space.

clean rooms, nice atmosphere, good personell

It’s a great location and it was clean. The bed mattress needed to be replaced. It was uneven and we couldn’t sleep properly. Also the large glass bathroom door entry sliding mounts were broken and that was dangerous. It was obviously broken, it was hard to believe it hadn’t been previously fixed.

Front desk was generally not helpful. Check in was awful. Managers were helpful throughout the week. Breakfast was very good - clean and well maintained. Pool was nice. Towels were scarce at times. Room clean was well done daily. Nice property overall.

The best hotel breakfast I have ever had outside a luxury all inclusive resort. A+
