The room was so clean! I got it for a great price, and I shouldn't complain at all. The bed, the sheets, the TV and the city voew were excellent. The only thing I wasn't happy is that I got the room after 3pm. The second concern was the remodeling projects in the byulding during my weekend. It was kind of loud and disappointing: why would I wake up on Sunday from a hammering sound ? People should be notified upfront. Other than that is was great- the location, the price, the cleanliness, the bathroom supply.

Smell of throw up when getting off elevator on 14th floor. Rude manager at front desk. Horrible breakfast. Hard boiled eggs and French toast as hard as golf balls. Was woken up at 6:30am to jack hammer construction a few floors below us. Was thankful we only stayed 1 night

My husband, one year-old daughter and I stayed at the Hyatt place for five days for the first time. Staff were very friendly. There was construction happening, but it didn’t bother us. They were discreet about it and it didn’t dampen our experience. The room was very clean and room service was great. The free breakfast buffet was pretty standard. I wished they had a cafe, restaurant, or in room dining; I’d rather pay for better food. If you know where to eat then you’re set. The hotel is well run and it’s a pleasant experience.

The carpets in the rooms are horrible and nasty all the cabinets from the fridge to the closet fall off the hinges and the bathroom and shower are disgusting. I had no choice but to stay there because where I normally stay was booked but i definitely won’t be back. Please update your property. And maybe tell your housekeeping not to yell I. The hallways talking to each other.

The staff was amazing! Location amazing! The hotel looks a little dated, starting with the hallways of the rooms, with scuff marks on the walls and doors of each room.
