Carpet in our room was terribly dirty. Mattress and linens should have been replaced long ago. Tub floor was dangerously slippery. Took AC very long time to get down to temperature.

The room was very spacious, clean, and more than adequate. Everything in the room was beyond expectations. Breakfast was a delightful time, with the hospitality host, Ms. Sue. She was very accommodating and helpful to all everyone having breakfast. I had never had such gracious hosting in a breakfast area as we had today. Ms. Sue was an absolute asset to this hotel and the guests.. We will definitely return to this location!

Our stays at Comfort Inn Boerne are typically uneventful, peaceful, and quiet. This time was no exception, staff were helpful and accommodating, room was clean and odor-free. We appreciate the fridge, and the microwave for popcorn, reheating coffee/ tea, pizza, etc...(The Bevy didn't have in-room microwave). The Inn is tucked off the I-10 access road so the nights are typically quiet Breakfast excellent, coffee great. Great place to stay in Boerne.
