Hampton Inn & Suites Boerne

The only thing that I’d say could be improved would be the breakfast buffet. There was a very limited selection, and honestly, the food wasn’t that good. Otherwise, a great time!

Clean, organized and safe.

This property was not clean. Trash was overflowing in multiple locations, and my room was musty and smelled of mold making it hard to breathe. The pool was cloudy and slimy feeling. The fitness center didn't have cleaner for the equipment for the multiple days I was there. It was clearly not cleaned during my stay. I know the breakfast was complimentary, but I wouldn't have fed it to my dog. Nasty. I've stayed here before with no issue, but this time was another story. I don't often leave bad reviews, but this was bad. When I brought it up to the front desk, nothing was said, just a "I don't care attitude." Last time I stay there.

We had a wonderful experience the room was beautiful and all of the staff was super sweet! Definitely will be returning!

Room was nice except for the hair we found in the sink. Staff was great. Drove 13 hours and was looking forward to resting my sore muscles in the jacuzzi. The staff closed the jacuzzi 15 minutes early so I didn’t get a chance to use it. The breakfast was good.

Easy on and off freeway, friendly staff, nice pool area, clean and comfy room, and great breakfast with many options.

We stayed in one of the 2 rooms on the property that had a balcony which was really nice. My wife and I prefer rooms with a balcony so we can go outside, directly from our room, and enjoy it. The room was well laid out. The staff was amazing. At one point I was out on the balcony and seen a stray kitten and my wife went down to tell the staff. They brought it inside and gave it food and water and one of the staff decided to adopt it. We will be staying at this property from now on when we visit Boerne on our little weekend getaways.

That it seemed well kept/clean on the outside, inside too as well as the rooms. The pool and out door setup was nice. The upgrade I got from a double bed to a king suite. The apps on your tv that allowed us to stream our shows or movies at night. The location. Having only one way in or out. Driving out of it way just to get to the stores around it. The small parking lot. The spaces need to be more visual, a lot of vehicles were parking offset. The beds were too stiff. Woke up a couple of times a night due to shoulder pain. The rooms had a mold or musty smell to them. Having to wait for a cart for our luggage (I was told yall only had one). The low water pressure in the shower.

Best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had! Varied choices, extremely clean and well organized and the woman in charge was extra helpful and friendly.

Our room was clean and smells good, bed’s comfy, plenty of towels, breakfast was great too. We would definitely stay again.

The location is great, and the staff is family-friendly, providing a delicious breakfast.

We loved it there. Monday through Fridays breakfast was wonderful the lady that ran breakfast was amazing, but Saturdays was not very good. Food trays weren’t filled up and when you asked her for help she was too busy talking on her phone. We left for the airport hungry. We loved the swimming pool!!

The pool was full of people and they left trash all over the tables. The beds are too hard
