We frequently stay at the Hampton in Boerne due to its great location to I-10 and Hwy 46. We have had great experiences with staff, enjoy their amenities, & breakfast selections. The Hampton Boerne also has a nice pool, BBQ and outdoor firepit. Love that they have Microwaves (Bevy doesn't) as we typically get into Boerne late when most restaurants have closed, so we typically bring microwavable foodstuff to reheat or microwave in the room, it's also nice to reheat your coffee and tea. Enjoy your stay

Didn't stay. Could not get checked in because of system being down. Very poor response from Hampton staff. We had to be at a graduation event at 7:00 PM so we got another hotel. I am a Hampton fan but this was handled poorly.

This was by far the best Hampden Inn we have stayed in. Very nice, very clean and well managed.

The room was clean for the most part, the bathroom had one really long hair in it. The breakfast was decent, just your typical hotel breakfast. We arrived really late in the night and only stayed for one night, so we were not able to swim yet since the pool only opens at 10 and checkout is 11! But the pool looked like a really nice pool for kids, and just to hangout!

Clean and close to park and IH 10. Would be nice if there were a back exit to get to Chili’s nearby without having to loop around on the access road to get there by car.

The initial room booked had a strong smell of dog. The replacement room had slightly less offensive odor.

The only thing that I’d say could be improved would be the breakfast buffet. There was a very limited selection, and honestly, the food wasn’t that good. Otherwise, a great time!

This property was not clean. Trash was overflowing in multiple locations, and my room was musty and smelled of mold making it hard to breathe. The pool was cloudy and slimy feeling. The fitness center didn't have cleaner for the equipment for the multiple days I was there. It was clearly not cleaned during my stay. I know the breakfast was complimentary, but I wouldn't have fed it to my dog. Nasty. I've stayed here before with no issue, but this time was another story. I don't often leave bad reviews, but this was bad. When I brought it up to the front desk, nothing was said, just a "I don't care attitude." Last time I stay there.

We had a wonderful experience the room was beautiful and all of the staff was super sweet! Definitely will be returning!

Room was nice except for the hair we found in the sink. Staff was great. Drove 13 hours and was looking forward to resting my sore muscles in the jacuzzi. The staff closed the jacuzzi 15 minutes early so I didn’t get a chance to use it. The breakfast was good.
