Best Western Vista Inn At The Airport

Great proximity. Clean, comfortable rooms. Ample parking. Great breakfast. Airport shuttle. Pool & hot tub.

Clean, convenient, friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again if I am flying out of Boise.

On the down side, the mattress was uncomfortable and the bedspread was stained - please note this because I saw it immediately upon getting into our room and it shifted my opinion from the outset. Room was nice and cool and refrigerator was also👍👍

Beautiful property was well maintained and had unique central community area with tables and chairs. Spacious room was laid out nicely and clean. Really good breakfast spread. Everything at this location looked top notch. Definitely recommend staying here. Two minutes from airport.

Breakfast was the best! Exceptional food to start. Our day.. Restaurants could have been closer.

Breakfeast was amazing as usual. Pool was perfect temperature. Hot tub was to hot the first night. However it had been adjusted the second night. Its our favorite place to stay. Pool is open til 11 breakfeast served til 10 and checkout isnt til noon.

No a/c in the room! Double payment on the room. Once from booking.com and Once from the hotel it's self. They argued with me about it. Show bank statements would not accept. Will never use booking.com or best Western vista again!!!

Exceptional

This was the 3rd time staying at this hotel. Usually we are assigned an inside room , they are very clean and fresh. This time for some reason we were sent to an outside wheelchair accessible room that smelled like cigarettes , the bed was old and hard .the carpet could use a shampoo. This hotel is a great location for getting to the airport and it’s very they have a shuttle.

Enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was great.

The room was clean, although the pillows were too flat.

The bathroom is dirty with hair all over the floor and bathtub. Specially behind the door, dust in the picture frame. Still lots of carpet and I am sure has not being cleaned for a wile so I would recommend to use socks.
