Lotus By Hotel Inn

The place was a disgusting disaster. The room was filthy, the bed had garbage underneath it that they refused to clean. And when I expressed my concerns to the front desk they told me they don't care. Embarrassing that you even listed that place.

That is was close to the highway TV did not work maintenance had to replace light bulbs, and there was a spider in the bed, and it made me itch all night

It was dirty and the mattress was terrible. The curtains were shreds and the ac was not working. Every thing could be better. We could not get out early enough

A total slum, the cleaning staff wasn’t there often, sheets and towels were never switched out, even when I asked if we could switch them out. Was told the cleaning staff does that, and they will clean my room the next morning, which never happened even once in 7 days.

It was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. It was not clean at all. Will never stay again.

Nothing really This hotel was filthy, the bathroom was gross and i felt like the beds and sheets were dirty. Not worth $100 per night before a discount ..not even $77 dollars was worth it. It was the worst experience i have had at a hotel

Everything. We didn’t even stay there because it was so disgusting. The beds weren’t clean. The bedding weren’t washed. The entire place was gross so we didn’t even stay.

The front desk manager was kind enough. The towels and sheets were clean. The mattress had a low spot in it so bad that while laying down my feet were higher than my head. Motel had a generally sketchy vibe that outdid most Motel 6's I have stayed at.

The refrigerator and TV worked For the price this was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in! The room smelled, the floor was dirty, one of the beds frame was broken, the very small full size beds were uncomfortable, the property was rundown, the bathroom toilet paper wasn't placed on a dispenser and half the lights didn't work

I liked that i was left alone but didn't like the migrant workers doing heroin in the parking lot The overall cleanliness of the room was bad

We left an hour into our stay and chose to drive over two hours in the dead of night instead of staying there. As a woman I felt immediately unsafe and wanted to leave. It was dirty and by far the worst hotel experience of my life.

Soon after coming into the room I had to use the bathroom. I noticed there was pee splatter on the rim and other odd substance. I cleaned it off before using it. My toddler was with me and while he opened the drawer he pulled out a facial razor out that someone else had left behind, very dangerous! The pillows smelled very bad like sweat. Then as we prepared to sleep with the AC on… the AC did not in fact work so we had to open the window and just heard loud freeway traffic all night. I’ll pay the extra money next time and get a better place to stay.
