Lotus By Hotel Inn

The front desk manager was kind enough. The towels and sheets were clean. The mattress had a low spot in it so bad that while laying down my feet were higher than my head. Motel had a generally sketchy vibe that outdid most Motel 6's I have stayed at.

The refrigerator and TV worked For the price this was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in! The room smelled, the floor was dirty, one of the beds frame was broken, the very small full size beds were uncomfortable, the property was rundown, the bathroom toilet paper wasn't placed on a dispenser and half the lights didn't work

I liked that i was left alone but didn't like the migrant workers doing heroin in the parking lot The overall cleanliness of the room was bad

We left an hour into our stay and chose to drive over two hours in the dead of night instead of staying there. As a woman I felt immediately unsafe and wanted to leave. It was dirty and by far the worst hotel experience of my life.

The sheets and pillowcases were clean Halls were dirty, corners on floor in bathroom were gritty dirty. Some tiles in hall by checkin were packing tape- taped together.

It is a roach motel that would not surprise me.If you found prostitutes in the parking lot.

Soon after coming into the room I had to use the bathroom. I noticed there was pee splatter on the rim and other odd substance. I cleaned it off before using it. My toddler was with me and while he opened the drawer he pulled out a facial razor out that someone else had left behind, very dangerous! The pillows smelled very bad like sweat. Then as we prepared to sleep with the AC on… the AC did not in fact work so we had to open the window and just heard loud freeway traffic all night. I’ll pay the extra money next time and get a better place to stay.

Nothing It was dirty. The bed mattress is sagging so bad it may as well be an half way unenflated air mattress. I had to take my cleaning wipes to clean the toilet seat. The room was not cleaned...bathroom, floors, surfaces. If we were not on empty, energy wise and on a tight budget, we would have moved to a different facility. I will never recommend or ever return to this facility.

The gal at the front desk was friendly and pleasant. It's tucked in the back of several properties, upkeep on the overall property needs major attention. The microwave in the room had to be moved in order to reach an outlet. Room was rundown and in need of deep cleaning in order to maintain a decent cleaning schedule. There was dirt and trash from previous travelers under the bed and behind the dresser hid various screws and other things that don't belong. The bathroom fixtures were old and rusty. It was questionable so the shower wasn't used.

The rooms were filthy dirty tvs didn’t work the bathtub was broke in 1 room and the electrical outlet was open with no cover. The lady at the front desk was trying to help as much as she could but was limited due to management.

Nothing, walking in the front desk guy was higher than a kite and it smelled like marijuana. Everything in the room was dirty, the lighting was horrible, just the whole place alone was filthy and smelled. Wouldn't recommend this place at all and wouldn't return.

There was no breakfast offered. Location was good Our dog was attacked going to our room by another guests dog, which came out of tgrir open room and pinned her to the ground. Didn’t seem real important when I reported it. Tv didn’t work. Took over an hour for some one to fix it. Shower was in desperate need of deep cleaning. Toilet paper dispenser was disgusting. No cover plate on the electrical outlet. People smoking just outside of entrance. Not a pleasant stay.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When I checked in the room they gave me had not been cleaned at all. There was trash all over inside, before I was covered in sticky stuff that had been spilled. There were dirty towels all over the floor beds were unmade. I do remember my money back and they gave me a different room which had at least been clean but was still pretty disgusting. Felt unsafe at this property. Will never stay here again. Everything!

I was driving thru Boise on my way to Washington state from Arizona in an already stressful and emotional situation in my life, and the gentleman at the front desk made (I didn't get his name sadly) my experience wonderful. He went above and beyond what I expected him to do, was friendly and made good conversation and was just such a breath of fresh air...thank u so much It says "Pet Friendly" on the website, but I learned this doesnt include ALL pets...If it could be changed to "Dogs Only"? That would be helpful thank you :)

Staff Cleaning

The bed was comfortable and the TV had plenty of channels to choose from. I really liked the scent of the provided soap and shampoo.

Conveniently close to downtown and close to freeway AC didnt work
