I really liked the pool area, but the rest of the hotel needs some TLC. The handle on the sliding glass door to the pool area in our room was broken off and needed replaced. There were floor boards in the hallway that were lifting because they had warped from being mopped. The room itself was nice but the bathroom was extremely small.

We didn't get the room we booked, we had NO toilet paper, the hot tub closed early, the breakfast was horrible.

Waited about 10 minutes before someone finally came to the front desk to check us in. Was told it was "just a bit down the hall" only to realize after a long walk that it was actually at the end of the hall, and we would have had a much easier time parking at the other entrance. The breakfast attendant started taking things away while people were standing there serving themselves. The hallways look like this place is not a priority for the owners, trash in the hallways, stains all over the carpets, doors left open. After a few less than clean experiences, I think Ramada might now be on my never use list.

Breakfast food was bad. Didn't have the room I paid for. Then charged me for the room they gave me on top of my payment to you. Dust on everything. Dirty floor and bathroom.
-
Dirty, gross, garbage laying in the hallways. Our fridge had old food in it.
-
There were no coffee cups in the room and the coffee pot was dirty. Had to turn the fridge off at night in order to sleep because it was so loud. Scrambled eggs at breakfast were cold and tasteless, waffles were awful. Thank goodness they had so m e yogurt!

I definitely recommend this place 🤗

Never go to this hotel

The main lobby was clean but around the other entrances were dirty and unkept.

This is a very rundown hotel with numerous maintenance issues, from TVs that don’t work to damaged walls and bathroom fixtures to broken outside doors and damaged door locks.

Upon walking into the room, it was uncomfortable - the air was warm and stale. It may have been a while since anyone stayed in that room, since it was the last room on the line. I immediately set the air conditioner as low as it would go and hoped that would improve things quickly. I had some items that needed to be refrigerated immediately, so I checked the refrigerator and saw that it too was warm - unplugged from the wall in fact. I plugged that in and hoped for the best there as well. All of the furniture was in a poor state. There was mildew surrounding the bathtub and the ceiling. There was no drain plug for the bathtub. Despite that, the drain was extremely backed up. I pulled back the bedsheet on one of the beds I was about to sleep in and saw a urine stain and a blood stain, so I switched to the other bed. All of the pillows in the room were lumpy. A view out of the window showed unsightly trash and yard waste. The air was still stale, so I looked at the air conditioner filters. They were absolutely disgusting, caked in dust. I cleaned them over the bathroom sink and reinserted them. The next morning, I could see that the windowsill was also disgusting - it was caked with dirt, dust, and dead insects. The eggs at breakfast were cold - not just cold as in room temperature, but cold as in refrigerated. No attempt was made to warm it up

The location was perfect for my needs. I arrived at 3:30 pm with a reservation to check in and staff (in a rude tone) told me I couldn't check in yet and to wait for half an hour. She had just checked in 1 person and there was another waiting after me. I went outside for about 20 minutes and she was checking in the man who was behind me when I came back in. When I got to the counter, her attitude was better. The room had moulding by the door that was unattached and a small pile of bits and pieces like a mouse had been chewing on it. The ceiling in the bathroom was really low, which gave off a feeling of claustrophobia. The breakfast was lame with only bread for toast, cereal, yogurt, waffles and only whole milk. The waffle maker is old and doesn't cook the waffles well. They're either burnt or undercooked. The attendant acted like I was going to steal the waffle maker. While the location was good for my needs, the whole place gives off a drug addict vibe. Fortunately I didn't have to drive on my first day because my car got blocked in while they retarred the asphalt in the parking lot. Overall, I feel like I should have paid far less than the asking amount.

the staff were mostly pleasant everything from the lobby to the hallway to the room itself were absolutely dirty. There was plexiglass separating the front desk from those checking in. The hallway to our room was filthy, small bits of trash and dirt in the entire hall. When I opened the door to the room, the bathroom was dirty, lid up, and the floor was dirty all around the toilet like it hadn't been cleaned properly in a long time. Then I went around the corner and the beds were still unmade and the room was dingy, it had clearly not been turned over and housekeeping had not been there at all.
