Property and room clean but bed hard and not comfortable at all.

Checked in Crazy late. Like 1am late and the front desk guy was friendly and compassionatate and empathetic and helpful. And breakfast was a godsend.

Breakfast was the usual hotel fare, but was still good. Ease of access to room and back to the freeway.

When we checked in the gallery behind the front desk was very friendly and helpful but in the morning the guy behind the desk needed to go back to bed very grumpy.

The hotel was okay, definitely not the nicest Hampton Inn but it is by the airport. The staff were friendly. But nowhere do they mention that if you use a shuttle to the airport they charge you $20 per day to park your car at their hotel. Other hotels that I looked at with airport shuttles were upfront about the fact they had a fee for parking if you use the hotel shuttle. I probably would have booked another hotel with a lower parking fee or looked into parking at the airport if they had not hidden the fact they charge for parking. So be aware if you're booking this hotel for the shuttle to the airport.
