Simple Suites Boise Airport

In my arrival, there was nobody in the front desk. We have to wait for an hour and a half very bad service from the customer service

Helpful staff. Convenient to airport. Free shuttle to and from airport. Free laundry. Microwave.

Can't say enough nice things about the hotel. Right across from the airport, restaurants in walking distance. Staff was great, rooms were very clean and huge. Will stay there again on next trip to Boise.

Perfect hotel for those heading to the airport. Appreciated the spacious room, kitchen in the unit, the fitness center, and the free Uber to the airport. Front desk staff not there when we needed to check in. Also, you need to go to the front desk to borrow dishes and silverware, which should just be in the room.

Great location with easy access to freeway. Staff was nice. Room was clean with more amenities than your average hotel. Little pricey for an average hotel. The cleanliness made up for it.

Great place to stay. The full kitchen is pretty amazing. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We'd stay again for sure.

Check in and check out staff were poorly trained and took much longer than usual.
