Simple Suites Boise Airport

Great location and great room for a quick stop

Even though I arrived late, the front desk staff took great care of me checking in; it was quick and professional. Morning staff was also great in checking me out. I grabbed a cup of coffee. I'll definitely stay here again.

This is the first time I experienced arriving at a hotel, only to find out, due to the hotel staff not doing their due diligence (the basic requirement of verifying the identity of someone checking in against the booking), that they checked someone else into my room!

Not a terrible place to stay.

We booked at simply suites with booking.com, and not long before traveling to the hotel I received a message that they are taking my room and gave it to someone else. At first they said there was nothing they can do because they over booked the hotel by 14 reservations. After explaining that I already payed for that room the said they would get back to me. They put us in with Laquita in a room that was in repair, it was horrible, plaster and paint smell was overwhelming, the window could not open because the glass was broken. A tub that had no stopper for my special needs daughter for a bath. Over at simply suites I had 2 queen beds Laquita had only very uncomfortable double beds. And very bad bedding. This place was horrible.

I didn’t like the cost of snacks in the store

The location was good. Staff were very friendly. Room did not smell good. Beds were not overly comfortable. No pool or breakfast.

Kammy, the front desk attendant was EXCELLENT. She drove me to the airport when the UBER service failed. I made my flight because of her. No airport shuttle service. They depend on Uber. Very bad situation. I was left stranded with a very prohibitive wait scenario.

Quiet location. Easy Interstate hwy access. Comfortable bed. Free EV charging for 2 cars. Kitchen is a joke. No pots, pans, dishes, glasses or utensils. Not to mention lack of table to eat at. No roof by hotel entry to keep rain off while loading/unloading. TV doesn’t carry local channels. Need Roku account to access most channels. Carpet in room stained. Water tasted awful yet Boise has good water.

Very clean, had there own store for snacks and supplies

It's right by the freeway, but the back rooms r so quiet and look out over a field. It was so nice. The beds weren't awful either. I enjoyed the breakfast, but it would be really nice if it was extended to 10:30.

Appreciate the EV chargers.

The property was easy to navigate to from the interstate, nice open, clean parking lot, easy to unload your vehicle to the room. The room was clean. Pet friendly stay. The employees at the front desk were kind and provided a warm welcome. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Staff was very nice. Definitely not your typical chain property. Ex: front desk staff was doing laundry when I checked in. Fridge had leftover food and garbages were not emptied. Property is convenient and clean. Rooms have kitchenette but you have to ask for dishes and pots and pans. Not even a spoon in the drawer lol. Shower was clean. Felt safe. Close to airport and Applebees.

This hotel is everything as described.
