Front desk staff professional & helpful. We asked for a room on the top floor and they did so with no hesitation. The bed was really comfortable and we were elated that it was super quiet throughout the night. We’ll stay here again if we are ever through Boise again.

Room 419 that was absolutely the worst bed I have ever slept in. Time to replace the mattress On top of the A/c knocking like crazy all night long turning off and on. When the room is hot. Zero sleep

The only issue we had was the people above us were unreasonably loud come midnight. Both nights they’d bang around and the walls of the room would shake, but our kids slept through it so I want to upset, just annoyed. Besides that, crazy good place.

Very nice hotel- very clean and comfortable. Applebees within walking range. The breakfast was great definitely more options than most other hotels.

They did not have a room for us when we arrived. They said that the room that was reserved was dirty. They had to move us to a different room with two queen beds. The room was okay but not what we reserved. The front desk staff were helpful and apologetic. They refused to give a discount on the room since it was not what we had reserved. We had asked about leaving a vehicle in their lot while on vacation but never got that arranged so had to pay for long-term parking at the airport.
