There were bugs and hair in the bathroom.

I requested a room with two beds, did not get and the staff blamed it on the app I used. I have used the app for several trips and have never had a problem.

Our room was located on the ground floor next to an exterior entrance, which was convenient for unloading luggage from the parking lot. However, I noticed that the floor appeared dirty, with visible hair and debris that suggested it had not been thoroughly cleaned. The beds, fortunately, looked clean and well made. Throughout the night, the room's proximity to the exterior entrance became a significant issue. I was awakened at approximately 11:00 p.m., 1:00 a.m., and 3:00 a.m. by the door opening and slamming shut as other guests entered and exited the property. While the room location was convenient for access, the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service upon arrival, and repeated sleep disruptions made for a disappointing stay.

The room had nasty smell in the bathroom like someone had popped right before we checked. In the. Floor was nasty dirty. I also have pictures and. Found a finger nail.

Great location, corner room provided a great view of the sunset in the evening. Rooftop bar served some great margaritas. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Irvine!!

Great property! Excellent location, very friendly staff. Convenient airport shuttle. Restaurant and bar was excellent.

The housekeeping service was not great. We were there 7 days and they came 3 of those days, two of which they only provided towels, and made the bed. Gave us no coffee (I had go request coffee every time) and they did not refill the body wash and hand soap so we had to buy it on our own. They did not clean the bathroom or vacuum, the entire stay. :( Not great.

Hotel was clean but showing wear. Good location, rooms not kind proof-could clearly hear the guest in next room talking and watching tv.
