Super 8 by Wyndham Boise

The building and room were disgusting. The mattress was torn, heavily soiled with an unknown brown substance and had a massive sink hole. The carpet was heavily soiled and the shower did not drain. I have yet to get anyone to address this issue with me as there was no staff available at night when I got there

The check- in person didn’t give us directions to our room. We wandered ourselves. You had to go down a short flight of stairs to get to the first floor rooms. Weird set up. No information about breakfast. Didn’t know where the pool was. Parking was on the side of the building and you had to walk to the front entrance to get in.

Well I truly wanna start off by saying the front desk staff was top notch, and it was only due to them being so awesome was the reason i stay a second night. Now the property itself is outdated and in poor levels of up keep. The pool need to be resurfaced at worst at best it should be rebuilt, Also I did find that there where several hairs floating threw out the pool. So when i booked the room The advertisement states it is a single king sized bed which all and all really is nothing more than a full sized possibly queen if I'm being generous, the mattress itself is like sleeping on a stack of plywood. The room layout was the same as if you took the normal rm with 2 beds and got rid of one. The linens where rather under whelming and I wouldn't be surprised to find out that they where the original sheets from when this hotel first opened. Rooms also needed a lot of maintenance and cleaning. last area of concern The bathrooms are out of the 70s with a mini toilet that doesn't seem to wanna flush half the time. the shower needs to be updated cause the shower head is set so only a person 5ft 2" tall would be able to use it. I myself am 6'2" tall the shower head lined up to my chest.

It was easy to get into the motel. The rooms were fairly clean.

Property was filthy. Carpets had dirt trails in them not only hallways but even in the rooms. Beds horrible. The interior needed paint and maintenance.

Hotel needs updated in the worse way. Staff was pretty useless. Hotel stunk, and was very musty. TV didn't work, But for the price what did I expect.

Never got to stay their since my reservation wasn't thru you was never honored

Asked for additional pillows at front desk and they said they would have to see if there were any left. Saw dozens still in plastic wrappers in laundry room when leaving the next morning Handicap access is through multiple doors

I can send pics of the furniture. This is my second stay at a hotel by Wyndam, first was Ramada by Wyndam in Beaver Falls Pa. same thing room was furnitue old and scuffed, light made the room seem dirty and dingy. This last stay will probably be my last at any hotel by Wyndam.

The room smelt like McDonald's cheese burgers. Smell was pungent and nauseating. The hallways were dirty and the door closes to Del Taco was constantly hot and smelt like crap. The key card needed to be reset nearly every day of my stay. Would work one minute and come back and it would stop working. Parking spaces are super close. Trucks take up the entire parking and got parked in a few times because of this. Had hot water and clean sheets when I got there. Everything else was just terrible

When we checked in the lady wasn’t friendly and not very helpful, we had to ask which direction our room was in and breakfast was never mentioned. The hallways and room were very dirty. The bathroom especially, including mold on the walls. Probably because the vent fan didn’t work so there was a lot of condensation. There were people just loitering around outside and it didn’t feel safe. I would not stay there again.

I really just needed a no-frills place to sleep between flights. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and it was close to the airport.

The room wasn't clean there was gum stuck to the lamp it smell like pee the was dirty and cloudy the breakfast was nothing but waffles and grain bars wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

The carpet was dirty and needed to be cleaned.

The biggest pain was there was as no interior hallway to get to the elevator. We carried suitcase up a flight of stairs, then down a long hallway, tight corners, to get to room. Front desk person didn’t bother to tell us the quickest way to our room would have been through parking lot to side door.
