The carpet was dirty and needed to be cleaned.

The biggest pain was there was as no interior hallway to get to the elevator. We carried suitcase up a flight of stairs, then down a long hallway, tight corners, to get to room. Front desk person didn’t bother to tell us the quickest way to our room would have been through parking lot to side door.
-
Check-in guy mumbles quietly and I had to ask him to repeat every time. Gave me my key without words, no directions on how to get to room, or any info. Carpets everywhere are dirty and littered. The room itself was nice and fairly clean. Breakfast was good. Guests were quiet. They charged me $250 without warning.

Additionally our room smelled worse!

House keeping was nice. There was no gluten free options for breakfast, only yogurt, the beds were hard, and you feel the springs, we left early gave plenty of notice and they won’t approve our refund, almost wouldn’t let us check in due to me paying in advance and not at the hotel so when they tried running the card a 2nd time which shouldn’t had been bc it was paid. Walls are paper thin, had to call the front desk bc of a fight in the other room and they wouldn’t come up. Thankfully the neighbor next door did, it was very loud outside, house keeping didn’t speak English so it was hard to communicate.

The bed moved I almost fell due to it moving and also people we making list of noises between 3am to 3:30am waking us up talking and doors closing and someone knocking on a door.
-
at check in the front desk person had two trucks blocking the entry check in parking area. appeared to be his or his friends that were setting in the lobby area
-
•Bedbugs. •Electrical outlets in room didn't work. •Outlet in lamp didn't work. •Bathroom outlets worked, but were partially melted. •Wiring gerry-rigged with no electrical box. •Badly cracked bathroom mirror. •Tub surface severely damaged. •Disabled room had hall way stairs and no tub grab-bars.
-
No clean linens unless you went to front desk and requested.

This place is dirty I stay for three nights they never clean the room
-
Non-smoking room? Smoke detector removed by? And Never reinstalled. Breakfast was OK

My husband and a co-worker stayed here for 2 weeks to work at a nearby plant. He said they didn’t clean their room or replace their towels during their stay. When they requested new towels at the front desk they didn’t have any so my husband had to purchase their own towels. My husband also said the price of the hotel nearly doubled in price because of the nearby plant and he didn’t think it was worth it. He wasn’t happy w his 2 weeks stay here.

Ease of location Parking

Also, the woman at the front desk had a long check-in in front of me, but didn't make any effort to let me or the other people waiting how long we might wait.

The hotel itself was acceptable, and the location was convenient for my work. However, the customer service completely ruined the experience. Toward the end of my stay, the housekeeping manager came to clean my room and immediately told me I needed to leave so she could clean. When I asked for a moment and requested a couple of small things regarding the room, she responded abruptly and dismissively. I reported the interaction to the front desk because I simply wanted to avoid another uncomfortable situation. The following day, when I informed the same housekeeping manager that the front desk had approved my late checkout, she barely looked at me and responded very rudely. When I asked why she was speaking to me that way, she called me “a liar.” I have traveled extensively and have never had a hotel employee call me a liar. I asked to speak with management about what had happened, but the manager never came to speak with me directly. Although the hotel refunded my stay, I was left having to find another hotel on short notice, creating unnecessary stress during my trip. There were also several inconvenient policies during my stay, including having to request housekeeping a day in advance, being charged before check-in, and having to change room types instead of remaining in the same room. The biggest disappointment was not the hotel itself, but the lack of professionalism and respect shown when I raised a legitimate concern. No guest should be called “a liar” by a hotel employee. I hope Wyndham reviews how situations like this are handled in the future.

It was a good hotel to sleep at. Nothing more nothing less. It’s a Super 8. But for Super 8 standards, this one is better than most. Clean room with a comfortable bed and a hot shower. I would stay here again.

Room was absolutely disgusting. The floors, walls, ceilings have never been cleaned and it shows through the whole building. Black mold in my bathroom. Please check out other hotels before this one.
-
There was nothing I liked about that hotel it was filthy dirty. Dirty towels, moldy caulking in the bathrooms, filthy carpets. Stained towels. It's impossible to sleep in a dirty environment I will never book that hotel again.

In other words walk far away from this place. Gonna stay back in meridian.
