Sunday to friday on arrival they only where able to acomódate us from Sunday to Tuesday

Great gym and very clean room

Close to airport No hangers for toilet paper. Light bulb burned out. TV remote needed batteries replaced. Cleaning marginal.

We had a reservation for 5 days and they where only able to acomódate us for two nights mind you we had been staying here for over a month from Sunday to friday

Location close to Hwy. Close to eating places. The first room that we got had a bunch of pieces of went or from a vent dust all over the bathroom counter. The refrigerator didn't work the couches had cushions that were so lumpy and pushed in the couches needed to go the curtains needed to be replaced the tile in the bathroom was filthy you could tell that they don't scrub or mop hard when cleaning the bathroom and it hasn't been cleaned well in a long time reset cuz it kept going offline maintenance came in once to fix it couple hours later lost signal. Went to front desk I told them about TV they said maintenance was gone for the evening so we were unable to watch TV the rest of the night from 10:00 p.m. upstairs Pepsi machine 8 my quarters and didn't give them back went down to front office attendant gave me the difference of what it didn't give me back. I believe the ice maker upstairs wasn't working had to go to the downstairs one to get the ice. Hard to find parking due to two hotels next to each other.

Air worked Rundown,tv would come on but only one station and everything was in Spanish, light socket was broke count end table and could not use, room smelled bad, door to room did not like to shut very good really had to push on it to get it to shut.won’t stay there again

My reservation s said they were booked but they didn't book i ended getting moved out of room to another motel

The rooms were clean and the beds nice. It was very quiet.

Add was incorrect stating there was a pool and a hot tub, there was neither

N/a The pictures online are outdated. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. Our room did not look or smell clean .

Floor was so dirty our shoes stuck to it.

Believe the bad reviews! Many complaints seem to be from long term residents if that tells you anything The garbage can was full when I walked in, floor was sticky, 1/4 roll of TP with no replacements. Saw blood and pubic hair in the bathroom, shower was filthy and unusable. The beds looked clean but my blanket smelled STRONGLY of vomit and I had to try sleeping on top of the sheets. Couldn’t distract myself with the TV because it didn’t work and staff wasn’t able to help. Charger slipped out of the main outlets so I slid the bed over to use the lower outlet and saw… just don’t do that, don’t.
