The staff were very helpful and kind! The overall look and size of our room was nice The room we had had a bent closet door and the other door was stuck. Trim was broken off the tv stand. Our tv did not play any sound and remote was only able to turn off and on for the tv. The shower head was extremely loose and wiggled quite a bit.

Size of bed. Bed bugs. Hot tub not hot.

Great breakfast It was all good.

Clean and cost friendly The breakfast was told to us as being 6am to 9am, we showed up at 830am cleanup was being done people were still trying to get breakfast. The person who was doing it was rude and made rude comments when guests would ask for something. My wife was trying to get a waffle and mix was out the lady was just rude. I was able to have a biscuit only due to no eggs,, couldn't have cereal she locked the milk frig. If advertising till 9 am then there should be stuff available and cleanup start at 901am.

Location, good value, spacious room The air conditioner was so loud. Every cycle on/off was a loud abrupt jarring noise, it was a disruptive night.

Receptionist The restroom wasn't clean the toilet was stained from the bottom sides I let the receptionist know they took a while to go in and clean.when the young man came in he only clean the big spot that was showing not all the bottom I still seen some spots but I was thinking he was going to clean all of it.bed was also uncomfortable and the fridge made noise all night.

It was easy to access from the highway. Room was incredibly outdated. Carpet and couch had multiple stains, no extra bedding for the person sleeping on the pull out couch, there was a constant and LOUD fan sound coming from the bathroom for our entire stay. Overall it just wasn’t a very nice experience. The icing on the cake was the very rude woman taking care of breakfast this morning.

We loved the location very safe and roomy. Plenty of parking in and outside of the hotel. Very clean hotel and put together. The staff was very friendly very accommodating. We came in from out of state and they were very inviting and friendly. The rooms was not as clean as it seemed. There were used Qtips behind the bed on the ground i happened to see because I dropped the remote. The carpets were stained the couch was dirty. The restroom ceiling had mold above the shower that was painted over and the toilet was super low. The bedding was great but the bed it self was very hard a springy not comfy at all. The breakfast was terrible. The breakfast was as basic as basic could be. Eggs potatoes sausage links. Potatoes were hard to bite. Wasn't enough breakfast waited a long time for it to be replenished. Not many options. Very thrown together. One of the reasons I booked to save on breakfast. Still took kids to McDonalds for breakfast.

The man who checked us in the day, we arrived was very kind and nice The man who was storming into my bedroom at 8:30 in the morning, insisting that I was checked out on his computer was rude and unprofessional

Windows that open are always preferred.

Location Breakfast has no variety and staff was not cooperative.

I didn't like anything about this hotel. The guy at the front counter was so beyond rude it was ridiculous. Upon going to check in they claimed there a $200 deposit, that's double the cost of the room!

I believe this was the stay we had when another local hotel lost our reservation. Everyone was wonderful and welcoming. The room was so beautiful and so comfortable.

Location is good Room has quiet of bit of damage, wall chipped in some spots, bathroom exhaust fan about to fell off, bathroom roof moldy, hair dryer didn’t work, Ice machine didn’t work, the property over all needs a remodel.

It was cheap We didn’t have a tv in our room. They said we could come down the next morning and they might be able to get us a room with a tv. We didn’t really want to have to switch rooms after getting settled in. The pool was also kind of falling apart. The hot tub wasn’t really hot.
