The room they gave us was run down. The carpeting was disgusting and one of the beds was extremely sunken in the middle. The jacuzzi and the sauna were broken. The only decent thing was the breakfast.

Nice just that the elevator was broken and my wife is handicapped.

The front desk person was being rude to the two customers in front of us and not so pleasant with us either. The ac did not work room was hot bathrooms were filthy and when asked if we wanted the bedding for the couch he seemed annoyed.

Elevator was broken down, the door at the end of the hallway slammed as people used it all night long. A handicap person had to be carried down the stairs. Would not recommend this facility to anyone.

It was not a maintained property at all. The room tbat was assigned to us had this very bad sound and vibration in the floor. We complained to the Staff . They mentioned that it’s a 24/7 noise from the swimming pool and they can’t change our room. The water wasn’t draining in the tub so we were standing in the dirty to shower. The shower and the faucet was running at the same time . Hair dryer was broken . The lady who serves breakfast has the nasty attitude. The front staff wasn’t helpful at all. When I asked for the manager number, they refused to give it to me . Seems like multiple families were upset with them .

Close to the airport This is a 30-year-old hotel and an absolute dump. I reserved a wheelchair access room, which was on the second floor however, the elevator was broken the entire time. The staff, especially the guy who identified himself as the maintenance man was extremely rude. The woman preparing the breakfast was also completely rude to Myself and other guests. The carpet in the room had black mold spots, and the tub leaked all night long. One of the beds had human hair in it from the previous guest. The staff could care less about the condition of the room. Booking should remove this property completely from their availability.

the rooms were clean and nice. the staff was helpful. did not like the fact the elevator didn't work and we were on the third floor. the hot tub was luke warm and had no functioning jets.

Elevator was out. Ice machine broken. No hand towels or wash rags. No caffeinated coffee in lobby or at early breakfast. The night manager was helpful as the only staff at check-in. Room was clean.

Breakfast food was cold, milk sour. When discussed with staff reported that’s all she had. Not very helpful and poor attitude.

No receptionist available always in the back and not paying attention to the guests

not much Elevator was out of order - no sign to tell you that so you wait and wait for an elevator that will never come. The milk was warm and sour, the muffins and bread were hard as rock, was afraid to try anything else. Attendant was rude and un-caring. When I got to my room only one towel, no wash cloths or hand towels. Walked back down the stairs to ask for some, told clerk about the elevator was told "I know" but didn't seem to care.

Where do I start. Check in elevator does not work, on 3rd floor with bad knees. Room not clean, black rings around tub, dirty stained towels. Requested bedding for foldout couch, got wet folded sheets no pillows and a thin blanket with strings of black long hair all over it. Hair dryer had dust with blond hair wrapped around fan, broken ironing board, refrigerator smelled like sausage, floors very dirty. Light fixtures without light bulbs. Pool and hot tub dirty. Hot tub light fixture on the bottom was pulled out, and exposed wiring, property knew about. Won't stay at any Comfort Suites properties is a mess!!! Obvious no room inspections done. It was the same in my cousins room swelling. STAY AWAY

This was fine for a 1 night stay, but felt it was over price for how old the property was. It was in a good location. It needs to be updated. Felt very old and the toliet was so low to the floor.
