Convenient to travel route, clean, sufficiently equipped, very courteous staff

It was just what I needed. And it was spacious. Even a microwave and mini fridge.

The location to the airport The elevator was problematic, wasn't closing, and locating the staircase was a challenge

ALL staff friendly and helpful, very clean, very convenient location, very fast service on shuttle to airport. Also enjoyed conversation, short as it was, with shuttle drivers.

It was ok. Not a good walking area.

Room was nice and clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was great. We didn't go into the pool but the color of the water was a bit suspicious.

Room was clean except for a used towel hanging on the back of the door and something had dripped inside the refrigerator that was not cleaned.

Sink is in main room area instead of in bathroom. Bathroom was very tiny. Room was clean and comfortable. Hallway carpets are a little worn.

There were no places to eat within walking distance and with the heavy traffic in the area, that was inconvenient. The air conditioner was VERY noisy. We had trouble connecting to WiFi even though we were following the directions on the screen and had to go down to the desk to get it done. The man at the desk was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was adequate.

We had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly and checked us in at nearly 2am after our delayed flight. An airport shuttle brought us straight to the front door of the lobby. The hotel is very clean and super chic from the apparent recent remodel. Beds were comfortable, shower was warm, it just checked all our boxes for a quick, convenient stay! Worth the slightly higher price compared to the cheaper, lower rated hotels nearby.

Nice hotel

Hotel was clean but felt almost prison like. Halls were bleak and the elevator felt like a used model instead of a new one to match the exterior. Door would get stuck and no visible certificate for the elevator

We are not from the area and were very grateful to have some great dining recommendations from the staff! Room was comfortable and spotless, and we'd very much stay there again.
