great ammenities and love the kitchenette in the rooms. The fridge is huge!! Great breakfast in the morning. Loved parking on our floor

This hotel was wonderful. A traveling total of 3 adults, 2 cats, 2 dogs, and tons of luggage in 1 vehicle, calls for a special sort of accommodation. The convenient multilevel parking, with elevator access and direct hotel floor access on each level was just the beginning of the things I loved about this stay! The kind and professional staff, fresh & option-filled complementary breakfast, clean room, cozy bedding, roomy fridge, perfect location and pet relief area were also great amenities we enjoyed during our brief stay. The only thing we weren’t so keen on was the slow speed of the onsite EV charger. However, it was easy to find a fast charger, so not a major issue.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good! Their showers actually had decent pressure, unlike most hotels. I also loved having the parking garage attached to each floor, made com I ng and going very convenient

Location was great! Nothing

Safety and security with the doors being locked 24/7 Location with ease of walking access to many restaurants and stores. Very clean facilities. The bed and pillows were comfortable and we slept well. Generous supply of towels and washcloths. The sitting area was comfortable with good lighting. The included breakfast was mediocre, at best. $25 a night for parking seemed excessive.

The locations and staff. I had problem with Booking.com. But hotel staffs resolved quickly The main thing is there is communication between booking.com and the hotel. One Staff said he did not see the room I booked and paid

I love the location of the property and very professional.

It’s close proximity to the convention center, shops and restaurants, and how walkable it is. It was on the higher end I felt for a moderate hotel, and the breakfast could have had a little more variety

I wish they would’ve reminded us the breakfast hours because we barely missed it. Staff looked annoyed that we were trying to grab stuff while they were picking up. I felt bad and I wouldn’t have done that if we were reminded.

Constant flow bathroom vent, powerful AC The kitchen sink faucet leaked when it was turned on and the dishwasher was installed in a shotty way that made the hotel look cheap

The room was so clean and relaxing! Check-in was a breeze, and all the amenities were readily available and worked perfectly!! It is in an amazing setting if you love walking the streets and check out shops. Definitely recommend!!

Room was clean, breakfast is good, staff is great, and is very walkable.

Parking was easy but there was a nightly charge. It was very conveniently located to downtown Boise.

Nice rooms, and convenient location. The gym didn't have anything to clean off the equipment.
