Everything was clean in the rooms and bathroom. Lobby area as well. Everything is walkable and good food choices everywhere

The hotel is in a good location for downtown Boise, within walking distance to several shops. When booking the room, the was no mention that the parking The parking garage is $25 per night, it is overpriced, at that price the monthly cost $750. This is compared to the garage downtown boise unreserved monthly access from $135 to $195, with higher-tier options like the $340/month "Platinum" card giving unlimited access across any garage.

The staff was amazing to work with and did above and beyond what they were supposed to do.

Front Desk Staff (Henry) was amazing. He was able to make changes to our stay. Henry also had a customer that was being very loud and rude. He was able to defuse the situation with kindness and professionalism. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved everything about our stay here. It was quiet and relaxing. Centrally located for anything we needed and walking distance for everything else. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

If I ever return i would stay here, everything was amazing and the staff went over and above and i felt like they truly remembered you all the time greeting you it was really cozy and inviting

The breakfast was phenomenal, best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had!! The staff was very helpful. We was in town for a Scentsy convention and they let us keep our luggage behind the desk during our last session before we flew out. I was very surprised how big our room was… and it had a dishwasher!? 10000/10 rating for me, I am very spoiled now that I’ve stayed here.

The stay was comfortable, but the pool is pretty shallow- more for the kids, than the adults

Great location, and very clean! The pool was so fun for my kids ages 4-12 they could spend endless hours there. The breakfast was good but it really was not a big enough space to accommodate all of the guests who were eating, there was very long lines and we had to wait in line about 20 mins to get our food. That’s really the only complaint I had!
