Inn at 500 Capitol

We had the best stay and visit in Boise. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Loved staying here and would stay here again if visiting Boise.

Lovely property.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff were helpful. The bathroom in the room was superb. However, while the bed was comfortable, the strange shrine like feature about the headboard was off putting and filled with dust.

It was amazing. So clean and a great staff. Bed was SO comfortable and sheets were so soft with comforter. Highly recommend!!

The staff was very helpful during our stay.

It felt like I was on a retreat. The veranda, fireplace and large room with loungers felt so relaxing 😎 The free bike rentals allowed me to gallivant all over town and the friendly staff with free water and snacks feuled me every day 💪

The hotel was amazing. I’d highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, well maintained hotel with excellent staff. I’ve never stayed at such a nice hotel with great amenities.

Just fantastic overall

Big pain for afterhours guests when parking is valet only and valet seems to only be onsite during normal business hours. On top of that, front desk staff is nowhere to be found at afterhours checkout and the phone number displayed at the front desk for assistance just rings the front desk phone. I had to retrieve my own keys from the valet desk and noticed both front desk computers were logged in and ready to use

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary--the perfect choice. The in room jetted tub left us refreshed and relaxed! The staff was kind and helpful. The room service (highly recommend the breakfast burrito) and the cleanliness of the room blew us away. Altogether, our stay was carefree, relaxing, and joyful. The restaurant attached to the hotel, Hemlock, was also everything we'd hoped it would be. The food was some of the best we've ever had and the staff made our anniversary dinner really special.

Loved the spacious corner room. Impeccably cleaned, quiet with wonderful views from the balconies. Look forward to a return.

Excellent hotel. Staff was very friendly. We were given complimentary drink tokens for beer or wine, snacks, water and soft drinks. Very classy touch. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to see some of the wonderful attractions Boise has to offer. Will absolutely stay there again. They do have dog friendly rooms as well for those traveling with animals. 10/10!!
