Inn at 500 Capitol

Peter was so kind and helpful the entire time we were there. The staff was friendly and the added little details were a plus.

The location is perfect and close to everything we needed. The staff are exceptional and friendly. Check in was easy, getting our car was quick. The food was great. They offer free water and other drinks and snacks; that was a huge surprise and appreciated. Roommate big and comfortable. We will stay here again.

Lovely hotel and clean, up to date property. Staff was attentive and helpful. Onsite bar and restaurant excellent. Room was very comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

great location, clean room and friendly staff

All was great except - the reason We booked this hotel was for a bus to the airport as advertised - but no it was not available until 3 pm -the reason given was not enough staff to valet and do bus.So we had to Uber!!

Our stay was great! Having worked in the hospitality industry for over 15 years, the bar is set pretty high. My only concern/complaint was that they only offer valet parking, and our car was literally parked on the street right outside our balcony. I guess I would have assumed that they had more secure parking garage availability.

The room was beautiful and comfortable, with the unique charm that makes the Inn at 500 stand out. The champagne service was such a thoughtful touch and perfect for celebrating their first days as newlyweds. We truly appreciated the wonderful hospitality and attention to detail. Thank you for helping make their wedding weekend even more memorable. We would highly recommend the Inn at 500 for a romantic getaway or special occasion!

Extremely nice hotel, comfy beds and super helpful staff

The room was unique, very clean with a comfortable bed. Walkable area with access to the green belt and the rest of downtown.

Was an amazing place to stay

It was a very nice very clean property just wish when I got the hotel it said that someone 21 and up has to check in because in CA it’s 18 but overall a very good stay

Staff has great customer service. TV was POOR with weak signal causing scrambled screen and audio. We had only 1 night after long drive but was difficult to relax & watch some TV.

Super clean and friendly staff!

The staff were very helpful too- helped with our luggage, got us safely in their large van back to the airport. The Hemlock restaurant has great food too- we enjoyed our brunch!

Misleading bait and switch on pricing once you check in. They hide behind extra charges being “our policy” but they fail to inform guests on booking about extra charges that made my room over $100 more expensive per night!
