Inn at 500 Capitol

2nd stay when visiting and not disappointed!

Our stay was amazing! The hotel felt like a home away from home! All the right amenities and felt so cozy and comfortable. They have a shuttle to and from the airport, an amazing restaurant, and great room service. It’s in a perfect location, walking distance to all the great spots in downtown boise and right next to the boise river walk. I will be recommending to friends and staying here for all future visits to boise.

The staff are great. The hotel is quite and clean with great toiletries. Hemlock's bar is outstanding and valet is quick.

Wonder location, beautiful building and friendly staff

Wow, very nice hotel and well situated downtown within easy walking distance of dozens of restaurants and bars. Many of the rooms in the hotel have different decorating themes, and the room layout is pretty unique, Would stay here again, for sure. The valet service was quick, which was nice as that's usually not the case.

The location is perfect and close to everything we needed. The staff are exceptional and friendly. Check in was easy, getting our car was quick. The food was great. They offer free water and other drinks and snacks; that was a huge surprise and appreciated. Roommate big and comfortable. We will stay here again.

great location, clean room and friendly staff

All was great except - the reason We booked this hotel was for a bus to the airport as advertised - but no it was not available until 3 pm -the reason given was not enough staff to valet and do bus.So we had to Uber!!

Our stay was great! Having worked in the hospitality industry for over 15 years, the bar is set pretty high. My only concern/complaint was that they only offer valet parking, and our car was literally parked on the street right outside our balcony. I guess I would have assumed that they had more secure parking garage availability.

The room was beautiful and comfortable, with the unique charm that makes the Inn at 500 stand out. The champagne service was such a thoughtful touch and perfect for celebrating their first days as newlyweds. We truly appreciated the wonderful hospitality and attention to detail. Thank you for helping make their wedding weekend even more memorable. We would highly recommend the Inn at 500 for a romantic getaway or special occasion!

Extremely nice hotel, comfy beds and super helpful staff

The room was unique, very clean with a comfortable bed. Walkable area with access to the green belt and the rest of downtown.

It was a very nice very clean property just wish when I got the hotel it said that someone 21 and up has to check in because in CA it’s 18 but overall a very good stay
