Breakfast was ok. Need more variety. Staff was helpful particularly the GM. We had to move rooms due to poor pull out sofa bed. She was a great help. Parking is seriously lacking. Didn't know until 3rd day there was an overflow lot. Location was good. Lots of places within a short walk.

Wonderful stay. Clean , comfortable and great staff.

Well worth the stay.

The room was immaculate, and so were the property grounds. We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace on the roof deck with our cocktails after our show, and the staff allowed us to relax and stay later than they needed to, which was appreciated. Our event was a block away, and there were TONS of choices for food and drink within walking distance. We also really loved hitting the JUMP urban community center down the street the following Saturday morning for live music, food trucks and the 5-story high slide!

I've stayed at all the competing hotels nearby. I prefer the Residence Inn for the roof top bar.

The hotel public areas and room were clean and comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful. We would love to come back.

LOVED this hotel!! Staff was so helpful because we were traveling with a trailer because we were moving our girls to Boise. It’s Downtown so parking is very limited and impossible for a truck and trailer. They were happy to help us figure an alternate great option because their parking garage wasn’t able to accommodate us. Highly recommended staying in one of the rooms with a kitchen! We had a great experience! Thank you and will definitely will be back when we visit our girls!

Wonderful hotel. Nice rooms. Great pool and hot tub area!
-
Anything we needed we had or was easy to get thanks to the staff.
-
Top notch, friendly staff and the hotel is in a perfect location. Really enjoyed the roof top lounge area and adjoining pool. The breakfast was pretty standard. Comfy beds but the bedding/blankets were very light and flimsy and kept coming off the bed.I would definitely stay again.

Location, clean and comfortable 0

Love the location. Easy to walk anywhere downtown. Parking was easy but the garage did fill up later in the night. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio. We stayed in the two bedroom suite. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool was small and very busy with little kids, hot tub had a green hue to it but the water felt nice. Didn't seem dirty. The restaurant and lounge area was really nice. The bar is kind of small and tucked into a corner but you're downtown with nice bars and clubs a short walk away. We will definitely stay here again.

It was a good location, where I was going was close by. The handicap room was great but if there some way the shower could have a little blockage so the water doesn’t go all over the place, because where I step it was slippery. And it’s needs a fan to suck out the stream that forms when you shower.

Room was clean but the hot tub and pool needed to be cleaned. It wasn’t so gross we were afraid to use it, more like there was a lot of people used it yesterday and housekeeping didn’t bother to clean it. The hot tub also had signs of mold.
