Great property, good breakfast and our room was super clean and well maintained!

Nice property - great location.

Check-in was very easy and the front desk was helpful and friendly. The carpets in the hallway are easy to trip on due to large wrinkles and coming apart. Our room was fairly clean but had strong odors coming from the toilet. The pool area was horrible… there were human feces on the floor next to the pool and the pool restroom also was very dirty. The parking garage was very convenient and had plenty of spaces on a Saturday evening.

Great hotel

I loved the rooftop bar and seating with multiple gas fireplaces & a bbq area. The location was amazing and the pool/ hot tub was great. The parking garage was also spacious and had multiple entry/ exits. Staff was also kind. Nothing I can think of

Breakfast was ok. Need more variety. Staff was helpful particularly the GM. We had to move rooms due to poor pull out sofa bed. She was a great help. Parking is seriously lacking. Didn't know until 3rd day there was an overflow lot. Location was good. Lots of places within a short walk.

Everything was wonderful. We have stayed here 3 times and love it.

Exceptional

We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and roomy. We especially enjoyed The Deck patio bar and restaurant. Staff were all wonderful.

Well worth the stay.

The room was immaculate, and so were the property grounds. We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace on the roof deck with our cocktails after our show, and the staff allowed us to relax and stay later than they needed to, which was appreciated. Our event was a block away, and there were TONS of choices for food and drink within walking distance. We also really loved hitting the JUMP urban community center down the street the following Saturday morning for live music, food trucks and the 5-story high slide!
