Hotel was very comfortable and completely chic. Very clean. The staff was lovely. Double check your room service order tho - they missed a couple of items because they did not look at both sides. The location is great.

This hotel is amazing!!! It is so beautiful! The staff were so helpful and even brought up a microwave to our room when we needed one. We will definitely stay here every time we go to Boise!

The best!! I've stayed at many of the Geronimo Hospitality Group hotels and I think they are some of the best in the world. The Renegade in Boise is a great hotel in a great location.

Everything was great except for the streaming nonsense. One night we were able to access our Netflix, the next night we could not access anything.

The pictures for the room we purchased clearly depicted a room with upgraded features that our room didnt have. Mentioned this to the staff and how we were disappointed to not be getting what was clearly advertised. The employee brushed it off as an issue with Expedia and they would be working with expedia to update the photos. No compensation for us in any way. We would have 100% stayed elsewhere for the cost we paid vs what we received.
