I thought the inside room was great. But only 50% of the Rooms face towards the street. The other half faces the alley which has trash pick up at 4&5 AM. A massive amount of noise happens at that time. I don’t know how anybody could fit through that. I read other reviews about this and thought, it couldn’t be that bad. It actually shakes the ground in the building. So if you go get a room on the front of the building.

and the mattresses were too soft. The bathroom could use a soft night light, and a make-up mirror. The stairs to enter the building are inconvenient when transporting luggage. Otherwise, all was good. Clean and refreshing. Loved the shampoo and soap!

Jodi was incredible. She helped us find parking and was more than accommodating. She was so sweet and helpful. The property was clean and in such a cute little town. The coffee shop was pricey but pretty good. Beds were really comfy. I would totally stay here again.

Loved to stay here!! So close to everywhere we needed to go and see! Coffee shop connected and it had wonderful coffee and pastries! The staff were wonderful. The rooms though a little smaller were very nice! Would definitely come back and stay!

Walking distance to the convention center. Parking under canopy nice and patio very nice to relax. Plus Walking distance to Restaurants and Bars.

Friendly staff highly recommend this place.

Everything was clean. We really liked the creativity of incorporating the patio and courtyard area. The coffee was overpriced and they didn’t have an entree that we ordered. The staff were friendly and responsive. The cooling system was great. Showers pleasant and working. We had a first floor room which had an enclosed patio for privacy—Very creative. The cost of the rooms are for location, although you would need to drive for finer dining.

The check in process was easy, along with finding our room. The patio was dirty, full of leaves and dirt. The room, however, was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. A second roll of toilet paper is necessary and should have been in the room. The fridge took a few minutes to figure out, microwave only available upon request. We did pay to have an EV spot reserved but the EV spots are very tight and make it an interesting challenge to get in and out of the car next to other cars. I believe that The Sparrow used to have water bowls and doggie poo bags in the room the last time we stayed- but they do not anymore. Those were awesome amenities when we brought our dog.

Horrible property that can't even answer the phone or have someone onsite after 10 pm. Does not respond to voice or messages via hotels.com messaging. Impossible to confirm a late checkin or even arrive late when no one is there onsite.

Everything was wonderful about the sparrow… The staff was awesome. We loved Veronica. Everything was very clean and it was a perfect location for everything.

The room was clean and the ac worked great. The only thing missing was a microwave. Friendly staff and a very welcoming atmosphere.
-
This hotel is thoughtfully designed, the rooms are clean, and the bedding is so comfy. The shower and lovely coffee in the morning were perfect! I would definitely stay again.
-
Loud neighbors, poorly done walls acoustics.. - you can literally hear people talking on the other side of the wall. Loud night location, drunk people screaming 😱 all night.
-
Great location for a sweet hotel.

It is clean and new. The bed was comfortable. But I would never stay there again. The room backs up to an alley. There were garbage trucks at 1 am and 2 am in the morning emptying dumpsters. There were delivery trucks repeatedly banging, and making noise. The place is very loud. When we booked on Expedia it said parking available. When we got there come to find out that they charge $15 a day for parking. I think it’s very misleading. There’s no breakfast included. We got a room with a queen bed and bunkbeds. On the bunkbeds, the sheet and the blanket were folded at the bottom of the bed. I guess we’re supposed to make our own bed? There’s no phone in the room that I could see to call the Front Desk. When I called the number on their website multiple times no one answered.
