Great location

When we arrived, the shower had no body wash. I contacted room service to request a refill, but was told they had none available, so we had to drive to a nearby store and buy our own. The next day, I requested fresh towels. Instead of bringing them to our room, I was told to come to the front desk because there wasn't enough staff. While I understand staffing challenges, the way it was communicated was not very courteous or guest-focused. I also asked for replacement Keurig coffee pods for our second day, but again was told they didn't have any. To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off and we were forced to evacuate the building. Later, the TV in our room stopped working as well. It felt like the room had not been properly maintained. We usually stay at another Hilton property in downtown because we've always had excellent experiences with Hilton hotels. We only chose this hotel because our preferred room type wasn't available at our usual location. Unfortunately, this stay was a huge disappointment and did not meet the standard we've come to expect from the Hilton brand. We will not be staying at this property again.

The staff truly stood out, they were friendly, welcoming and ready to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and positive attitude made a big difference in overall experience. Dining options were good. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with a variety of tasty choices, making it easy to start the day off right. Dinner options were just as good, offering quality meaksb it’s something for everyone. The onsite bar really made the hotel a one stop shop as I didn’t have to leave the property to enjoy good food and drinks which added convenience to my stay. Overall the hotel exceeded expectations with its cleanliness, great staff and quality amenities. I’d definitely stay here again.

Bathroom had grime in the grout, used coffee pods in the coffee maker, 3rd floor guest had to call the front desk due to ppl above not being respectful of people below, doors slamming honestly one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. $200 a night PLUS had to pay for parking. Should be included. Will not go back

Clean place, nice. Wish it had breakfast.

The beds were extremely comfortable, the mattresses were pleasant, and the bedding was excellent. The bathroom was perfectly adequate, and when we reported a few maintenance issues, such as faulty electrical outlets, they were addressed promptly and repaired. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and the quality of sleep was very good. When I booked a hotel from the Hilton chain, I expected something that would reflect an international standard. Instead, the experience felt closer to staying in a youth hostel. The design was very simple, bordering on cheap and generic, and the level of service fell well short of what I would associate with the Hilton brand. There was not even a bellhop, so guests were expected to handle their own luggage. The rooms themselves were fairly basic, and I found the unusual shower door design somewhat impractical; I never understood why a simple, properly closing door could not have been installed. Overall, despite some positive aspects, I would not choose to stay there again.
