We had our room cleaned after two days but they didn’t wipe any counters down or the shower. The floor was also left dirty.

Hotel was okay, the location, access, and rooms were good, the Staff was nice. My biggest complaint however is that the hotel is right next to a freeway entrance and you will hear the traffic 24/7.there isn’t any noise suppression & If you are a light sleeper, then this will absolutely drive you mad.

The parking you have to pay for it does not say that when you book I would've booked somewhere else if I knew I had to pay for $20 every day to park

Loved the location and cleanliness. Only issue would be jacuzzi was lukewarm other than that we all loved it!

I’m positive the parking garage makes enough money off of the people utilizing it for public events.

If you stay here or are visiting Boise and enjoy handcrafted cocktails- you must check out Thick as Thieves! Some of the staff were extremely helpful. We did not eat at the hotel or experience their bar, we decided to venture out and see what Boise had to offer. Over all, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if decide to visit Boise again.

The hotel is located near the greenbelt and close to the colleges, there is a restaurant but there are several within walking distance too. The staff were friendly and helpful. I noticed that laundry was available to be sent out for guests who were there longer than we were.
