This is a convenient location in downtown with large rooms for a family. Breakfast was food. Wish the pool was open past 10 on a weekend, especially. Place is clean.

Associate at the front desk at check in, should not be working the front desk, zero customer service skills. No apology that the room wasn't ready, just wanted to make excuses. Breakfast was abysmal. The milk tasted like it was spoiled. We needed more towels. When I went to the front desk and asked, first she seemed bothered that she had to talk to me. Again, she wanted to make excuses why she couldn't get me towels..."I don't know if we had an overnight laundry person" ; "I don't know if any are ready"; "How soon do you need them?" Don't give me excuses, I want solutions. The bottom line, customer service is not the strong suit of this facility. We have stayed in many Hyatt's and they have always been great! Unfortunately we will not be staying at this one again.

The free breakfast was very poor. It all seemed to look appetizing, but very poor quality food, we were grossed out and couldn’t eat any of it. Weird eggs, very weird so called sausages… gross.
