This is a great property smack dab in the middle of town. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops close by. The state capital is only 2 blocks away and the city park along the river is a 10-minute walk. Perfect location to enjoy the city of Boise, it's a very nice facility with a great staff.

The Hyatt Place hotels all have a very generous room layout which includes a small seating area. Very comfortable room and in a great location, close to good restaurants and the state capital. I find it a bit unfair for the big chain hotels to expect guests to tip the housekeeping staff, who we never see. The room was very clean but surely these corporations should pay these staff a decent wage where they do not have to rely on tips.

This was a prime location. I would highly recommend this hotel. When I go back this is where I will definitely stay. I was able to see the hot balloons right from the parking lot

It was perfect for me and my dog.

We did not have the AC on and a generator or something came on at 2:00am-5:00am in our room . NO SLEEP, all we got was an “I’m sorry”. The breakfast is very good.

The hotel was very clean, and my wife and I used the pool and spa every day, even when it rained. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay at the Hyatt Place next time I go to Boise.

Breakfast was great, room was clean and big enough for 2. Odd sliding bathroom door that was heavy but not much of a problem. Ice on floors 2&4 only which was slightly inconvenient. Overall a grwat stay.
