Hyatt Place Boise/Downtown

Nice place to stay, cool downtown vibe.

This is a very well developed and managed Hyatt in downtown. Besides all the creature comforts typical of this type of hotel, the investment in design is exceptional. The stunning collection of local photography in the public space shouldn't be missed.

It’s in the perfect location. And the Hotel was clean and comfortable.

It was a great stay but wish the pool and hot tub were open just a little bit later especially on Friday or Saturday night

Clean room, nice staff, and breakfast. What more could you want?

The pool did not have any chairs around it so it’s not the kind of space where you can come down and hang out by the pool. It’s also pretty small. They’re were four chairs down by it but two sets of parents were in them so really only two families can enjoy the space at one time. More chairs would be nice. Other than that the hotel was great.

It was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. I didn’t find anything not to like.

Breakfast is great! There was no parking space for us, we had to park on the street

I’ve stayed at many Hyatt locations and this one was on par with the others. My only recommendation is that staff be educated on laws pertaining to service dogs, as we were told our required service dog wasn’t allowed in the pool area, which isn’t compliant with the law. Otherwise everything was fantastic.

Great hotel in Downtown Boise, a few blocks from the capitol and the river parks. The only negative was the quality of the comforter, bed, pillows and sheets. Breakfast was good too but not spectacular.

Everything was just perfect. Very clean delicious breakfast, all fresh just made every day something different. Wonderful hotel and very affordable. Walk to everything downtown. Don’t hesitate to book this wonderful facility.

Second time staying here… Perfect location, clean, great breakfast. There was a small issue during check in, which was quite annoying. We had been driving for nine hours and had to wait at least 30 more minutes to check in due to what I think was a system error. It’s worth noting that we had stayed in half a dozen hotels during the same trip and this system error never happened at other places.

Great hotel to stay at in the city!

We had a room facing the street. If you like a blackout curtain like me, forget it. It was like sleeping in a spotlight. The location is killer, in downtown Boise is a really nice area to explore.

The staff is very attentive, friendly and professional. Our room was very clean, roomy and comfortable. I really appreciate that the bathroom actually had plenty of towel bars, rings and hooks! The breakfast was wonderful—yogurt, fresh fruit, delicious oatmeal, cold cereal, hot pancakes, hot omelets, sausage, muffins and a variety of bread and English muffins with a nice toaster. Fresh and hot Starbucks coffee and a variety of tea, and of course juices. Ample seating area that is spacious, attractive, and comfortable.

The bartender Renee was great. Natasha was great. We thought someone in are group lost her purse. We call hotel and got Natasha. She looked everywhere for us. The room the bathroom. Not to many people would do that.

Great location, walkable to everything in the city. Clean, friendly staff, great pool (could use lounge chairs) great breakfast. Will definitely stay again!
