Quiet location close to major shopping and 30-40 mins from downtown Chicago. Excellent decision to stay here!

Loved our stay here, super clean and location is close enough (30 to 50ish minutes to everything we wanted to do). Lots of food options near by and highway is very close. Rooms were perfect!

We had a huge family that took up most of the rooms because we had a funeral to attend and we're all from out of town. Because we had to make arrangements to be at the funeral by a certain time, I called the day before we arrived and requested early check-in for the four of us for four different rooms. The young lady at the desk said I understand and in lieu of the situation we will give you early check-in and your rooms will be ready when you get here. When we got there, none of our rooms were ready and the girl that was at the front desk Talked in a whisper and acted like she didn't have any idea what she was doing. Secondly later that night when I was cold and I requested a blanket (mind you I'm in my pajamas), and in bed they told me they couldn't bring me a blanket I'd have to go downstairs and pick it up. By the way, I'm 79 years old.

Breakfast was great, The facilities were clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking available. I had limited interaction with staff, but what I did have was peasant and friendly.

The two young ladies at the front desk checking us in and out were amazingly polite and helpful.

From the warm welcome at check-in to the friendly service at check-out, the staff was professional, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection of fresh, delicious options. In addition, parking was plentiful and free. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would gladly return.

Only thing was the humidity in the room. Otherwise it was a very good stay.

The hotel was very close to the highway. The staff were very courteous and friendly. We had the room cleaned once during our 10 day stay and we noticed the carpets were still a little dirty. We also noticed the bathroom sink drain was very slow to drain. The grounds were very well maintained. We used the pool a few times but noticed the pool is very under utilized. Overall the whole experience was very positive. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
