Hampton Inn & Suites Bolingbrook

Always clean and friendly welcoming staff. Breakfast seating. Breakfast area was very busy and nowhere to seat to have breakfast. All tables/seats were filled up.

What an amazing free breakfast. Not just coffee and donuts. They had a whole spread. Wonderful, hot, great tasting food. From waffle to bagels, hot and cold cereal, eggs , potatoes, breakfast meat, fresh fruit, fruit salad ,I could go on but there was something for everyone's taste. You wouldn't leave hungry. The staff, very friendly and courteous. They have a weight room and swimming pool that my granddaughters really enjoyed. Great place to stay. I will again.

We expected much better from a Hampton Hotel, this location falls short. The property is CLEARLY run down. Our stay on the third floor was disappointing, the room had a bad odor. The odor hits you as soon as you open the door. The bathroom fan was inoperable, leading to excessive steam and humidity after each shower, the mirror was fogged which does not help when you trying to get ready for a busy day ahead of you. This experience does not justify the price. It is clear that this property is not maintaining the standards associated with it's brand.

The hotel had nice updates, but you could tell the building was old in places. The pool was not the cleanest (cloudy water), but the breakfast was good. Overall good for the price!

The hotel rooms are very clean beds are comfortable. The breakfast need a little more improvement. Great location.

Could not have asked for a better stay. From the time of check-in, to the continental breakfast, to the ease of check-out could not have asked for anything better! Next time we are in-town visiting family, we will be back!
