Welcoming staff, clean room, nice breakfast selection.

The property was clean, friendly staff. The bed and the pillows were super comfy. The ac worked good. I was pleasantly surprised with the room. The only downfall was the morning breakfast. There was not many choices of food. And the hot food was served cold.

I like how the staffs were hospitable and friendly to me and my family. The room service was neat and regular. When there was a issues with amenities the staffs immediately took action. Overall a comfortable stay for the big family.

We had a great time there. The property was clean and the staff were all very helpful. It is a little warm in the swimming pool area. We would stay here again. Thank you.

Cable TV guide did not correspond to the channels. Wifi was unreliable. Shower curtain had some tears in it where it attached to the rod. Hair dryer stopped working. Big tear in fabric of room in room. Housekeeping skipped my room and I got no new towels that day. Mini-refrigerator was not cooling that well especially the freezer section.

Facilities, staff, cleanliness, breakfast Too far from downtown Chicago, Door had missing locking mechanism on the inside, a/c was too humid and the bed was stiff.

The young gentleman when I checked in not the new one but the other one was extremely great

Disappointing

Room was full of mold

The staff we came in contact with at any point during our stay was super kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. This is neat picking, but the only thing that could've been better is the hot tub, though we could still dip in, the whirlpool wasn't working. Also when I showered the water never heated up for me, it took really long. Only my kids got warm water, so it just takes a long time to heat. Other than that, it's a great hotel to rest and the kids to have fun in the pool.

Don't stay here. The room was moist. The ac you had to play with it to get it to work. . My coworker found mold in his room. Good coffee. Tv channel where limited. Small tv like 43.

Good location. Breamfast ok. The girls liked the pool. Tub and shower not great. A liitle uneasy using it. Shower head not liked.

The hotel was 5 star for being a great basic hotel with everything you need for a great stay. Breakfast was fantastic. Pool was warm. Hot tub didn't have bubbles but not a biggie. Great location with good parking. Staff were very kind and accommodating. 10/10 recommended.

The staff was courteous and our room on the first floor was clean. Overall, the furnishings and carpets in the common areas are showing signs of wear. The breakfast during the week offered a small selection; hot cooked egg pucks, waffle maker, one flavor of yogurt, one type of cereal, white bread and mini muffins, packages of micro oatmeal, apples and bananas. No meat, no peanut butter. It was frequently replenished. Plenty of parking and in-room fridge, bed and pillows were comfortable. This is a budget choice and it was quite adequate for the price. Convenient location just off interstate in a grouping of other hotels, with a restaurant very nearby.
