Very nice place to stay

Great service, I've received an upgrade to a room with hot tub 👌 😀 room was great 👍.

Problem with WiFi zero could not use it because of the Quality Inn App.

My husband and I booked 2 rooms for a swim night with our children. The pool and hot tub totally exceeded our expectations! The hot tub was clean and actually hot. We couldn’t get the jets to turn on with the button on the wall, but the woman that was working at the front desk was an absolute gem and came right over to turn it on for us. I’m so glad we asked about it because the jets on that hot tub were powerful and had the entire thing bubbling! The pool is really big and goes up to 5 feet deep. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature, not too cold but not too warm. Huge bonus was the hotel had a bin with pool noodles, a water football, and a mini inflatable basketball hoop. Our kids had such a great time! The room itself was clean and comfortable. A basic room, with a flat screen tv, cable, microwave, and a mini fridge. The WiFi isn’t good at all so if you have work to do while there, make sure you have a hot spot. Overall, we had a really great stay and will definitely be back again!

It was a nice old school hotel, It was very clean and quiet and the Staff was Top Tier.

Clean rooms and a great breakfast

Breakfast was inconsistent from day to day. The first couple days were just fine, but the last morning we stayed they only had one waffle maker and cereal and the coffee was watered down.

The front desk staff was really helpful at check in. The room was clean, comfortable bed and no noise. I would stay there again.

The hotel didn’t smell clean, the “breakfast” consisted of coffee. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and ripped.

American ran, very clean, very friendly staff, very happy with my stay!

Well-maintained and cute property. Everything is clean and the staff is polite, helpful, and organized. We were looking for a one-night stay with a pool, hot tub, and free breakfast, and this fit the bill. The price is right too, considering it's Chicagoland. We would absolutely stay here again.
