Country inn & Suites by Radisson, Bolingbrook- Romeoville, I-55

We were in town for a short stay to see a couple baseball games. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfy. The breakfast was very good for a complimentary. Didn't get time to use the pool, but would have. Recommend for sure.

The staff was fine though the room was not cleaned and we had to request clean towels for the second day. The pool water was extremely cold and the eating area was overly hot. I would not choose this hotel again.

The condition of the room was unacceptable, especially given the price paid. Upon arrival, the room smelled strongly of food as if someone had been cooking inside. Furthermore, the sheets smelled like urine, and the refrigerator had a foul odor resembling rotten eggs, making it completely unusable. The air conditioning unit also smelled of mold, which caused us to start coughing during our stay. The property was very dirty and outdated. Given these terrible conditions, I am requesting a formal review of this matter and a significant refund for this stay. I look forward to your prompt response.

Everything as expected. Nice, clean, quiet

A good place to stay for an overnight visit to the Chicagoland area. Affordable and easy to access from I55. It’s in an industrial area so it’s on the other side of the interstate from restaurants and shopping. Property is in good condition, overall, but could use a refresher. We would consider staying again.

Nice hotel, spacious rooms, great breakfast that was included. It was a bit pricey, but worth it. Would stay again.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, EV charging

Property and room were clean overall. Breakfast was the standard “free” buffet style breakfast you’d expect. Something was spilled in the elevator and instead of cleaning it up staff just laid down a flattened “WET FLOOR” sign and placed it over the mess. It was that way probably for several hours. Hotel is in an odd location off a frontage road and can be a challenge to find. Next to a giant semi truck parking lot. Convenient to the Woodridge area we were visiting.

Hotel served it purpose for the price! Would stay again, if price wasn’t to high!

We requested what ingredients were on the seasoned potatoes because the husband is allergic to peppers and he has been able to eat them at any other restaurant but had an allergic reaction and they couldn’t provide that information.

Fantastic property owners and staff are amazing ..our go to Hotel when in the area

Upon arrival the hotel shows signs of aging to the exterior. When you walk in there is a pungent smell in the welcome area. Although it looks slightly clean, we couldn’t get past the smell. Once we got to our room we found there was also a smell in there, not the same as the entrance area but still very strong and unpleasant. It seems like maybe water damage or possibly the fact that dogs are allowed, I’m not sure but it was very off putting. I asked to be moved and was told it was not possible due to being completely booked. A refund was offered but I was staying with other family member’s who were also staying. They too found issues with their room, as in a yellow stain on the bedsheets and contemplated asking for a refund as well. We did end up turning the AC way down and spraying some air fresher in our room and they were provided new sheets, so we made due but will not be back.

I've stayed here several times now, and the same woman is always at the desk when I check in. She remembers me each time I arrive, and is incredibly friendly and sweet.

Breakfast was ok, just not a good fit for my tastes. Overall, this location was not my first choice and was booked in error. It was fine, since I was not planning to sit in the hotel all day.
