Other competing hotels in the area offer a complimentary breakfast. This would be nice....or at least a free coffee bar. Such a bad rep out there about the Keurigs in the room...id NEVER use them...

We stayed 3 nights and our room was not cleaned. It appeared the maids came in one day as the sheets were pulled up on one of the beds and the bath mat was moved, but counters were not wiped down, toilet was not cleaned and no towels had been replaced. Also, the first 2 nights there was loud commotion outside our room until about 11pm.

The other staff at front desk normally stood there like mannequins just staring without any hospitality, never asked how our stay was going, never greeted us when we walked by or anything remotely friendly. They also advised us that rooms would only be cleaned every other day but mine was not cleaned for two days in a row…. Water pressure in the shower was terrible, felt like we were at a motel type shower. On check out day (check out time 11am), I had a lady knock on my door at 10:50am as I am in the middle of packing my things, asking me if I am checking out which was weird. That’s not happened to me at all Hilton before. Certainly not at all impressed with this Hilton location. Whoever the manager is running this location is doing a terrible job of it. Would not recommend.

It was just okay. TV didn't work for most of my stay, then at 7:00am it restarted. Problem is I checked out at 10:00am.

The stay was good for a the small time we were there. The staff was helpful and very nice. The rooms were good. We just found hair that wasn't fully cleaned in the shower. Other than that, it was a good stay!
