Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bonham by IHG

We got in late, but the staff was awesome. The room was felt “sticky” and humid as we tried to sleep.

We were in town for a wedding. The location was perfect and everything was great.

Everything was great! Would definitely recommend.

2nd stay at this hotel and pleasant both times. I’ll definitely continue to stay here when visiting

The bathroom tub area had mold and tub needs replaced ,had multi places they tried to fix on tub but looked dirty .

I never recieved my $25 back

Got to use the pool the first night we got there, but then they shut it down the rest of the week we were there because it had baby frogs in it. They have a gnat infestation on the whole second floor. They cleaned our room the second day and whatever they mopped with made our floors sticky. I asked for it to be remopped and the guy came up and said housekeeping didn’t want to waste a mop so he got down on his hands and knees with a spray bottle and rag to clean it. Guess what it didn’t work! I had to throw hot water on the floor and use the towels to clean it. The knob to the showers was so stripped out that by the time we left you couldn’t turn it off all the way. The whole time we were there they only cleaned our room one time, we had to keep asking for towels. We stayed here last summer with no issues, that’s why we stayed here this summer, but because they didn’t want to help and the staff was rude we will never be back!

Pool needed tending to but everything else was good

We had 2 non adjoining rooms. Both rooms were infested with gnats and the rooms were just damp. Everything was damp and moldy.

Our room smelled really bad like mold, the breakfast was okay but the staff was very friendly.

When arriving late, there's a button at the front desk. Either it isn't very sensitive or it took too long for someone to respond. The tissue box in the bathroom was empty, which gave me some pause about how thorough housekeeping had been in the bathroom.

Rooms are clean. Beds are in good shape and not broken down. Breakfast is very good. Would love it if the pool area had a hot tub.

This hotel was nice. The bed was comfy and it was clean and cool. The breakfast and coffee was decent

Mattress was very bad, main deadbolt didn’t work and wash cloth had old black marks on it and not white.

Decent hotel for short stay, room was clean and staff was very nice. It was close to all the fast food places and stores

I liked everything about the property there were two things though. Bugs where in my room and I he place looked like it hasn’t finished construction yet. Other than that food was great staff was awesome. Also the gym didn’t have enough water as well I filled up my drink and water ran out :(

Requested a second room, and was upgraded to a slightly larger room, but it smelled like weed and cheap perfume. Except for the smell, the room was decently clean. The beds were horrible, like sleeping on a cardboard box. Pool was closed, not sure if it will reopen? I would not stay here again.
