I enjoyed the staff everyone was extremely nice. The bed were super comfortable. Everything was very clean. The rooms are a great size. The pool is why we booked here and it was enjoyable for my granddaughter and I.For the most part we loved our stay. The fire alarm going off once at 2am and once at 7am and all day one day. I was there for 10 days so 3 days of faulty alarms wasn't too bad. My granddaughter is sensitive to alarms and goes into a panic for hours afterwards.

Decently comfy bed. Convenient for location of wedding Our friends also stayed here. None of their outlets in their room worked. We also got woken up at 3am by the fire alarm going off and had no idea what to do, no communication. Super outdated

The breakfast is amazing. It really is. Traditional Texas cooking -- biscuits and gravy, sausage ... just delicious. There are no dairy-free options, which I did ask for but there is a fridge in the room so I could buy what I needed and keep with me. Beds are super comfy. Some dairy-free options at breakfast - even if just some almond milk for cereal would be great. Otherwise all was wonderful.

You guys charge us three times for the same hotel and same room. We stayed five days check in 20 second check out 28. I need my refund.

Like the convenience of the location and this hotel is better compared to any other in town. The staff was amazing! The bed was comfortable. Some lights didn’t work in my room, possibly due to construction, which didn’t bother me much.

Awful! Room was awful, seriously the service next morning, I never saw anyone to be able to check out!! I just left. Just all around an awful experience

I did not have a microwave or refrigerator in my room along with several other guests. Front desk clerk and manager said they didn't know anything about getting them. The floors were dirty. the rooms and hallways were full of moisture so all my clothes were damp and the mirrors stayed fogged with moisture along with the elevator. Shower curtain too short allowing water all over the floor. no place for soap in shower
