Our room had a jacuzzi. This was a nice feature that provided a nice soothing bath/massage after a long day of touring.

The main reason I booked this hotel was for the indoor pool. Which after we arrived we that the pool was closed for repairs. No where on the web site when booking did it say the pool was unavailable. Second later that evening noticed the bathroom floor still had hair along the edge outside of the tub. Which indicates the floor was not cleaned properly. The TV remote was broken usable but still broken. The bottom of the cabinet the TV and refrigerator were on/in the bottom strip of will call “wood” was peeled back. Needless to say I will not book there again nor recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay the rooms were clean the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. I particularly enjoyed the view of Howard's knob from my room.

Over the sheets and brown stains on the mattress cover. The bathroom curtain smelled like mildew. The jacuzzi tub had a few broken areas and caulk was separating in spots. Also the faucet leaked for both the tub and the sink. The cold water didn’t work on the jacuzzi tub. Sleep was poor also as the windows were thin and we could hear the road majorly. For the price I feel the hotel could have been better. It’s in a good location… We did not complain because our trip was short and I didn’t want to spend the whole time being shuffled…

When we got to our room it was dirty not clean food still in the fridge from whoever stayed last. They did move us to another room. I’m sorry but i couldn’t stay there again.

Pool is too small, and a staff not helpful at all

Great location, nice pool! Breakfast was good but got pretty crowded at times. Maybe rearranging tables or setup would help

I have sciatca. The bed was very firm. It was hard to get in a comfortable position to sleep.

That it was close to our destination. Problems with card, customer service was not great, and the bathroom was nasty. Cofee was gross.

Breakfast was good, had a lot of variety. The location was good too, close to the front entrance hall. The bathroom needs remodeled. The tub had chipped areas and the tub drain was very slow.

Nothing fancy, rooms could have been a bit cleaner. Nice staff.

Our stay was everything we expected. The staff were helpful and accommodating.

Clean rooms and decent breakfast, but rooms facing the main road have traffic noise untila after midnight.

Honestly, nothing. Gave us key to a room that was occupied OMG ! Not clean. Lots of highway noise. Expensive. A very cheap hotel.

The room was very clean. Well maintained staff were pleasant. Breakfast was a hotel. Breakfast is always like but a great experience altogether.
