Clean, organized, good walkable access to downtown, and good breakfast.

Overall, the place is good - very new and well-maintained. Issue with our say is that the laminate floors in the room were not properly cleaned and mopped. Difficult to accept this when you have young babies, walking and crawling, and their feet are black due to how dirty the floor is. We did request that they be cleaned twice however, for some reason, the cleaning staff did not address this. It seems that they are cutting costs on the cleaning side being that they only replace towels and take out garbage even for multi day stay, such as ours.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The kitchen was a nice extra. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was wonderful except the bed squeaked. Thought it was odd since this property is new. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was exceptional!!!!

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, breakfast was great, and there was plenty of parking. I also liked that it was pet friendly, though we didn't bring our dog this time. I would definitely stay here again!

Only issue was that my reservation was incorrect and I had to wait over an hour for them to locate my correct reservation. Expedia indicated to them it was in the system and they indicated it was not. It was finally resolved when the manager realized she had access to an aspect of the system that the front desk clerk did not. And lord and behold the reservation was in her system.
