This is the 4th time we have stayed here and it is the best place to stay in Boone. Great staff, convenient location, and just the right amount of amenities. I highly recommend it.

Very clean rooms, spacious, and comfy beds. Pretty quiet and close to many things. Breakfast had plenty to choose from and was tasty. Very kind and helpful employees.

Friendly staff. We needed maintenance at 10pm for the AC and the young man who came was amazing! He even came back to make sure everything was okay. The breakfast bar closes down at 9:30 which is a little early but good selection. My only complaint was about housekeeping. The room was very clean but the shampoo bottle and hand soap were empty. It is one of those set ups where everything is a larger container attached to the shower wall and next to the sink. I hate this set up and I’ve never gotten good quality products. Finding out that there was no shampoo was a real pain because, of course, I didn’t check prior to getting into the shower. Thankfully I could use the shower gel for shampoo and hand soap but a bit awkward. The next morning I stopped the maid on our floor and asked if she could replace them. She said she would but she did not. After we got back to our room that evening, the front desk brought me replacements but it was irritating. Otherwise a good place.

The staff was amazing and took great care of us. The daily breakfast was plentiful and different every day. Loved our stay.

Clean, organized, good walkable access to downtown, and good breakfast.

Overall, the place is good - very new and well-maintained. Issue with our say is that the laminate floors in the room were not properly cleaned and mopped. Difficult to accept this when you have young babies, walking and crawling, and their feet are black due to how dirty the floor is. We did request that they be cleaned twice however, for some reason, the cleaning staff did not address this. It seems that they are cutting costs on the cleaning side being that they only replace towels and take out garbage even for multi day stay, such as ours.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The kitchen was a nice extra. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The overall hotel and breakfast was wonderful experience. We will definitely book our next stay in Boone with this hotel. Kudos to all of the staff!
