Great hotel. Great location

The room felt we experienced a bait and switch. Room was in a basement,no windows, and a very musty smell. The roof top bar was closed. Never again!

Our room was on the lower level, which felt like a basement (room had no windows). The room itself was okay, nice pitcher of water and glasses set out for us, which was nice. Linens and towels were good quality and very clean. Bed was comfortable, we slept well. Couldn’t wash my hair in shower because rainhead had weak pressure and would have taken forever to rinse out shampoo. The lower level hallway to the room smelled a bit musty and seemed a little run down. Parking was a bit rough since it’s in a separate area from hotel and it was raining. Breakfast and coffee in the lounge was excellent. Staff was very nice. All in all we would stay again but maybe not get a lower level room.

The breakfast included in the room was far better than average. Really perfect with the ability to purchase more options. Staff was super friendly. The only small issue is the parking is not the easiest… but free parking in a town like this is rare. I’m not sure I would look anywhere else next time I am in the area.

Parking was down a pretty steep hill. Would be difficult for handicapped or elderly. They do have a parking spot to drop off your luggage. Other than that, the property is awesome. The rooftop bar and great breakfast included.

The rooftop lounge is a nice place to have a drink, and they have heaters but there weren’t very many of them and people were crowded around them because it was cold so we took our drinks back to our room. The robes in the room are a nice touch. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good but the menu was small. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is located in downtown and is walkable to shops and restaurants.

The rooftop bar Trying to find the parking area was a nightmare. The person at the desk was of no help. The free breakfast was basically toast. There was no coffee in the room. I had to go to another floor to use a Keurig where there was no water for it. No hot water for showers. When I complained I was told sorry to hear that. If we wanted to wait another two hours, the manager would be in to talk to. I was starving and not waiting.

Lovely little boutique hotel. Well appointed. Right in town. Said they give complimentary breakfast but they charge you an Amenities fee That you cannot decline that was very high so not free at all.

Room was downstairs… with a single window that looks out to the alley driveway. Very eclectic looking room. One step down to get into the room…. Not great for seniors.

We loved our stay here. We were on the first floor (technically the basement I believe) and it still felt luxurious. They had a great guide of things to do by category, the bed was comfortable, and the room was beautiful. We will definitely be back.

We were woke to a alarm and had to leave before stay was over making me not being able to get ready for a wedding I had ti shoot as a photographer also had hair in bed
