The property was clean and the staff was friendly until the day we checked out. There was a used maxipad under the nightstand that we discovered only as we were gathering our things to leave. Upon bringing it to the attention of the staff, I was reminded that we booked through an outside platform so that nothing could be done. I mentioned that I would have to make sure to put plenty of reviews on social and I was told “For all we know, you put it there.” I was surprised how little they cared about sanitation and it was disappointing. The manager followed up with an apology email.

This hotel was a huge positive surprise. We needed a mid-level place to stay for a couple nights and selected this hotel through Expedia. The hotel was excellent at every level from reception to checkout. The common areas were extremely attractive, the rooms were spacious, the bathroom was small but clean with excellent water pressure and hot water, and the breakfast was well above average for a "free breakfast." Highly recommended.

This is a great location and perfect for a one night stay. The property is on the older side so naturally the condition matches but nothing to be concerned about. We enjoyed our stay!

Staff there are very nice and friendly. The shower is nice too. The room has strong smell and the beds are not confortable at all. We cannot fall asleep and the bed makes my back hurt.

Good bang for buck. Pool, breakfast, spacious rooms. Might need earplugs as busy road has rescue vehicles during night. Small price to pay for friendly staff, pool, workout area, well signed property! Will stay again.

Clean and comfortable The only thing was no ice bucket and we didn’t see an ice machine. No freezer so we could re freeze ice packs.

I booked online the sleep and fly and decided to try this place. Online it did not say anything about it not having a shuttle service. I was made aware of this when i arrived and they were kind and gave me a taxi business card i guess they use. So i called them at 3pm no answer and left a voice mail. I thought thats ok there busy. I waited 3hrs and called them back no answer. So i looked them up on Google and nothing came up so i looked up the address some ramdom house. That was a little disturbing. Then my tv and in the living room did not work. Also when i checked in the mannger did not tell me the breakfast lung on the 4th floor does not serve breakfast Saturday mornings. I found this out by seeing the sign and had to ask the front desk again and they activated like they did not know untell one worker said sorry we were suppose to give you a comp card for the restaurant on main floor. For this nice of a place i will never come back and i will not recommend this place.

We arrived around 6 and there were cups and hairtyes we had to pick up from assuming last people. Smell was moldy- mold growing in shower. I diid take pics of the mold in barer, looked to be boogers all over the wall closest to bed. coffee was cold in lobby and staff was not happy I asked about fresh.. All trash cans in lobby were overflowing with trash. The Women’s bathroom in lobby was horrible and no one to clean it. We left at 11am and still had not been cleaned. The NOISE!! Don’t expect a good night sleep):

Andi ROCKS and did an AMAZING job taking care of us!! The breakfast buffet has a weird lay out but everything else was great.
