We stayed on the first floor. The carpet in the hallway appeared dirty. The room was nice, but the fold out couch had no sheets, so we had to go to the front desk to get them. Other than that, breakfast area was great and the food was appreciated.

Although I felt that the bedding should have been in the room before needing it There were plenty of towels and the room was clean overall but I felt it needed a good deep cleaning

I didn’t like that staff began removing the breakfast items earlier than the shut off time. Certainly Not allowing for any refills, etc.

The staff was great, breakfast was good, room was clean. My only complaints would be the bed was not comfortable at all, and our room was located on the front of the hotel so nosier than I would have liked due to just normal traffic noise

The room smelled damp and the floor was dirty. The kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast was fine.

Great customer service! We left something behind in the room and they contacted us to see if we were close by or if we wanted them to ship it.

The room was very nice, staff was amazing, and breakfast had decent choices to choose from. The dinner next door in walking distance was really good and affordable. My only complaint was the loud traffic noise beside the hotel. Trucks were very loud.

Room was adequate for the one night stay. Would not want to stay for a prolonged time. Minor work needed on the ceiling in the bathroom and the room felt humid some. Staff was very approachable and helpful. Breakfast included was good and staff did well to keep it clean and stocked.

So the staff, for the most part, was good. Only exception being the housekeeper who slammed the door in my face when I went to ask why there was no bedding for the sofa bed. Front desk helped me right out. Had a pretty good stay. It was me and 5 kids in a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. I advise you bring something to clip the curtains closed with. We were on the ground floor and only the sheer curtain closed. The "decorative" ones that weren't see through didn't close. We just clipped them together. Breakfast was good, kids loved the pool.

Great great stay. Stayed lots of places in the Boone and Blowing Rock area...this was DEFINITELY one of the best. Breakfast was great. Room was great. Front desk staff was phenomenal! Honestly will e our new go to for all our overnight stays in Boone! Highly recommend!!
