Chris at the front desk & Kacey at the bar/food area were both very helpful and friendly. Did not get the room serviced on Saturday and we had to call for more towels, which were available. The TV remote needed fresh batteries.

Very clean and well decorated. Location is also strategically well situated near restaurants after a long day in the slopes. Lack of personnel for the cafe. It also has no hotel breakfast, it is served by the in-site Starbucks and they were short staffed, only one person working, so the lines and wait times were long.

On the 2 days I was there, the poor Assistant Manager had to cover both the front desk and the bar and breakfast area. She did a great job, but it was way too much, and resulted in some delays both places. Maybe graduation left you short staffed that particular day?
