My favorite stay anywhere! Seriously the best area, wonderful check-in experience, excellent location, beautiful and clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, and excellent AC! My husband and I sincerely APPRECIATE the spread of GLUTEN FREE/DAIRY FREE muffins! What a treat for those with allergies. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Busy July 4th weekend. Hotel was hopping but they staff were great and the property is excellent. Great breakfast buffet and very nice front desk and housekeeping staff. Strongly recommend.

Very convenient in Boone, grocery store, right next-door, plenty of places to eat nearby very convenient. The room is clean with an updated cozy. Feel love the ambience of the back lighting on the bed with a view of the mountains. The Blue Ridge mountains. Bathroom was clean included microwave fridge coffee maker. They even recycled which was a plus. Dog friendly, which is always appreciated outdoor eating space or just a spot to chill in the mornings or the afternoons. Breakfast was included, no powdered eggs, here, cage, free, real eggs, country, ham, bacon, link sausage, cereal, toast, waffles, bagels, croissants, yogurts, and even my favorite oat milk parking was very convenient with rear access to the second level very accommodating, pool and exercise facilities on site all very convenient and inviting.

We had an excellent stay and would definitely stay there again. Indoor pool was lovely and the breakfast rivaled 5 star resorts.

Exceeded expectations in every way-great rooms (comfortable bed, black out curtains, hot shower, ac system system easy to use, good hair products & towels), best hot breakfast we have ever had in a hotel at this price point in the US (they had so much good hot & cold stuff, including gluten free & dairy free options and fresh blueberries & strawberries-in this economy?!), also a gym with quality equipment, indoor pool, ice machines that adhere to quiet hours, dog friendly, 24-7 hot coffee & tea in lobby, free parking). So many thoughtful details and high-quality touches. Wifi was a bit slow and dog poop bags were empty at the dog relief station.

Very nice breakfast, rooms were clean and bathroom was beautiful, wish their would of been a chair to sit in. Pool was nice liked how the had towels at pool They charged our card 8 times, one number was off on the card. not very friendly staff

Hotel is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and a short distance to area attractions. Staff are friendly and professonial. The hotel lobby, restaurant, elevators, hallways, stairwells and rooms were clean. Rooms and lobby are tastefully decorated. Breakfast options were numerous, including fresh fruit, multiple yogurt flavors, granola, dried fruit, eggs, breakfast meats, waffles, danishes, muffins, and other pastries for those with a sweet tooth; several bread choices, 4 juice choices, almond milk, and a variety of coffees and teas. Hotel is non-smoking. Water pressure in the showers is strong. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided; fresh fragrance. There is an ample supply of clean towels. The entry door to the lobby is automatic and opens rapidly toward the persons entering the hotel. A sliding door would be safer than the current opening. It was difficult to regulate the temperature in the room.
