Very friendly staff, clean rooms

Friendly staff, rooms could use some updates

It had a lot of poison ivy around it and that they was not good at the first desk keep up with your reservation good they want to say you don’t pay when you have paid and then they wanna argue with you and argue with you about it

This was a very clean and nice hotel, especially for the price. Everything was nice. The mattress, towels, and linens were nice. The wi-fi was a good speed. The breakfast included hard boiled eggs and mini-sausage biscuits with a wide assortment of morning beverages. There was an indoor pool.

Went to the indoor pool to swim but the water was to cold to comfortable get in. Other than these two mentions the hotel was clean, managed well with caring front desk staff that was helpful.

It was clean and the staff were always kind and friendly. The pool was clean The breakfast was a little lacking but it was ok. The pool was freezing.

Room was set to 62 attempting to cover up the cigarette smell. The bathroom had stains on the vanity and in the shower. The AC unit was verry loud and only got worse as the night progressed. Property was what one would expect for a quality inn. Room had a funny smell. Like old damp. Other guest were definitely smoking in rooms and not cigarettes. Was it ok for price? Possibly. It was convenient to where I needed to be. Would I stay again? No.

Although the hotel was gross the manager was very nice and refunded our money because we could not bring ourselves to stay. My husband would not even sit on the furniture. It was a very dated place, the hallway carpet was disgusting and the whole floor smelled of mold/mildew. The furniture was ripped and the mattress looked like it was a used one from the Salvation Army. I thought I was splurging by getting a king suite with a two person jetted tub, you could not pay me to put my big toe in the tub. We stood in the room and stared at each other for about 3 minutes before we knew we could not sleep there. Went to the Rhode’s Motor Lodge which was very neat and clean.

Only one problem: deadbolt did not work. It has probably already been fixed.

Comfortable beds, thought the breakfast was a full breakfast like the other Quality Inn’s I have stayed at, but it was not. They had cereal, milk, coffee, waffle maker, yogurt, fruit, etc, but no eggs, bacon, gravy etc. (not a full spread of breakfast) I have to say I was displeased with the water. The shower was backwards as far as hot/cold and the water never got real hot. It only got hot in the bathroom sink. The indoor swimming pool was very cold. It is not heated. Even though there were pros and cons, I would stay again.

The staff was helpful. The rums is clean. Breakfast was okay.There was no hot tub, but I would recommend to stay again

Clean rooms,helpful staff, and affordable rates. Great for parents with upcoming college kids when making trips up to prepare for attending App State. Have stayed here four times and never a problem that didn't get fixed.

It was in a good location and the staff was friendly. Overall, a good experience. There was an occasional pet urine smell when the room temperature got above 70 degrees. The room was also quite humid.
