The staff was great and breakfast was great!

The staff is great. The place is immaculate when it comes to clean. I did have a problem with WiFi and 5G+ working on the 3rd floor where I stayed for 14 days. I had stand by the window to get 5G+ to work or by the door to my room to get WiFi to work. Also the cable went out about 6 days into my stay. Which sucks but I had my Apple TV which had problems getting WiFi or my phone hotspot. I was working nights. Every morning and I mean EVERY MORNING I came back to shower and rest I’d get up to the 3rd floor and my rook card key would not work. I mean so frustrating! That mean all the way down elevator 5 min at the desk the elevator up to the 3rd floor again when I was so tired and feeling too lazy to have to do every morning. I kept thinking I would just go to the front desk first instead of coming up to the third floor, but for some reason, I kept giving it the benefit of the doubt that it was gonna work this time and it never did pain in my behind, but overall a great day can’t complain. At least it was super clean and there was no bedbugs!

We star in room 331. Room is nice and clean but the is no wifi in room and the hairdryer is not working.

Friendly staff

The staff were helpful and friendly. However, on our first night, the room had a musty odor and damp carpet (throughout the room). We were able to move to another room on our second night but this second room also had a musty odor and damp carpet throughout the room. We associated this problem with the air conditioning units which cooled the rooms but did not remove the humid air. We will not stay in this hotel again!

We were pleased with our stay. It was a safe area. The staff were nice. We would stay there again. The only issue we had was a noise heard very often mainly on the evenings and overnight. It may have happened during the day time , we just were not there during that time. The noise seemed to be something mechanical. It was reoccurring about every 10/15 mins. We were able to eventually ignore it and fall asleep. Something I am sure the hotel is already aware of and I hope are working to fix. Sometimes things happen, so we just made the best of it.

Breakfast was simple and great. I recommend the waffle made fresh. Comfortable bed and convenient location

Clean Rooms. Decent place to stay...depending on what your needs are.

AC was poor. Exhaust not working. Numbness in room. We checked out as early we could.

Bathroom in the room smell like wet, moldy towels. The other people that had rooms was loud, slamming doors and making loud noise. I don’t think we will not be staying there again. We will pay the extra money to stay somewhere.

Great staff

The property had a nice view and was close to downtown Boone. The rates were high given the amenities were outdated and not kept up well. Mixed experience with the staff. I would try to find different accommodations next time.

Great hotel for this price point. The diner that was attached was great. Safe neighborhood/area.

It had a lot of poison ivy around it and that they was not good at the first desk keep up with your reservation good they want to say you don’t pay when you have paid and then they wanna argue with you and argue with you about it

This was a very clean and nice hotel, especially for the price. Everything was nice. The mattress, towels, and linens were nice. The wi-fi was a good speed. The breakfast included hard boiled eggs and mini-sausage biscuits with a wide assortment of morning beverages. There was an indoor pool.

Went to the indoor pool to swim but the water was to cold to comfortable get in. Other than these two mentions the hotel was clean, managed well with caring front desk staff that was helpful.

Property was what one would expect for a quality inn. Room had a funny smell. Like old damp. Other guest were definitely smoking in rooms and not cigarettes. Was it ok for price? Possibly. It was convenient to where I needed to be. Would I stay again? No.
