The view of the harbor was beautiful. The sunset from our porch was gorgeous. We would definitely stay there again.

Was sent away from the main building to another building. There are literally no signs on the various buildings facing the parking area that indicated what room numbers go to which building. The front desk clerk said to drive over to the parking lot "next door" but never indicated which of the THREE buildings housed our rooms. For almost $500/night I expect better service. Also, I was in the hospitality business for over 20 years and I would be horrified if one of my employees treated a guest like I was treated.

Clean, Great room, great breakfast and an amazing view. Short walk to the center of town. Love coming back here!

It’s not that I didn’t like it but it seemed a little dated to me and could maybe do with a refresh

All the cords were unplugged, don’t know why but it was a pain getting everything to work. Balcony was so peaceful just watching the coming and going of the boats and the people. Beautiful weather.

Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect. Room was clean.

The views were spectacular! Right on the water. Could use a little better landscaping/up keep, like weed whacking and better management of the flowers, but otherwise very good.

It was available… Floor leaning to one side Bathroom extremely small. Iron was full of red gunk and we had to go to desk to get another one. No hairdryer

Location They don’t clean the rooms you have to grab towels yourself and they didn’t tell us that. The bathroom was not really clean.

the convenient location The building is dated. There are no windows for ventilation. Have to sleep with the loud air conditioner on or with the door open.

The mattress on the bed was awful. It needs to be replaced.

It was just perfect for what i was looking for. Its not the Ritz but it's a classic new england Inn with a perfect location. Great for waking up to the water or access to boothbay. Id be happy to stay there again.
