Property was on the water and had great views. Everything was centrally located. Many good restaurants nearby. Area was very safe, parking very convenient. rooms kind of small, but I would still book again.

Exceptional

The restaurant It could be kept better. The balconies could use a remodel. For the price you pay to get an “Oceanside view”, only very few rooms have it. The price of the room should at least include well made coffee & pastry rolls.

Location is great. Near foot bridge. Easy walk to downtown where the actions are. If you don’t mind the noise, stay on the other side. Check-in staff was not pleasant and aggressively blamed us for the reservation mix-up by Booking.com until the manager stepped in. She was wonderful. Our room on 1st floor building 1 is right by the aircon fan of building 4 (?) so can’t sit outside on the patio. Very loud and windy.

We loved the town & we walked from hotel

Location was perfect, parking was easy. The walk to the footbridge was easy and convenient. The pillows were so thick it was hard to align my spine to sleep well, but I should have brought my own pillow.

Massive room, beautiful views, amazing location.

The location was great. The room was comfortable, but the hotel overall was lacking in amenities. The chairs on the deck were somewhat uncomfortable. There was not a lot of privacy on the deck outside rhe room, and upgrading to a superior king waterfront view seemed a little misleading. The restaurant Coastal Prime seemed incredibly overpriced and inaccessible. We had a drink one evening on our way back to the room, and despite the fact that we we recognized we were there right before closing, we settled up immediately after ordering yet still felt a bit of hostility from the bar staff. The town overall closes down at 9pm so there is not much to do after.

Good location No breakfast No microwave in room Stayed three nights the room was not made up during our stay

Convenient to town. The bed was comfortable I just didn’t get a good vibe. The bathroom was small. The air conditioner was just so so. Not enough coffee in the room for two nights. I did not like the restaurant- it was very expensive and you did not get much for your money.

I was hoping there was a complimentary breakfast, but it was easy access to Boothbay Harbor from the Footbridge. Location of the Inn is perfect to do local attractions. The Botanical Garden was within 3 miles! There were a lot of "sugar" ants in the bathroom. We told the front desk when we left for the day to the Botanical Gardens. We hoped they sprayed while we were gone. When we returned there were no ants. It would've been nice for them to pick up all the dirty towels from the floor - especially if they sprayed.
