The location is great for all the shops and restaurants. Our Keurig coffee maker wasn’t working and maintenance was up within a few minutes to fix it. I mentioned that a chair would be great to have instead of sitting on the bed and he had one in our room right away. Super nice guy. I didn’t get his name but he was from Jamaica. My biggest complaint of this place is the ancient creaky old bathtub and shower from the 70’s. It’s way too small and then they put in the shower gel, shampoo, conditioner dispensers. Not good.

The property was a great location, centrally located within walking distance to everything and right on the water. I would definitely book a room with an ocean view it’s absolutely worth it and has the most incredible views! Loved the tavern on site too! The bartender was the best, very friendly and they had a great happy hour!

Can't beat the view from our balcony. The restaurant/bar has fantastic views as well. In the middle of downtown and walkable to everything. Hotel is dated and in need of upgrades. Our room was large and bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was not very friendly. Price was definitely for the view and not the property. Not sure I would stay there again because of the price,

Outstanding location in Boothbay Harbor. Super friendly staff and we liked learning the history of the town with the many pictures on display in the hallways and stairwell. Fantastic views in a comfortable setting down by the bar area and relaxation area. It’s a cozy spot. We also liked our view from the room and easy free parking out front. The office staff allowed us to check in early so that was a huge plus. It’s very dated but, in a way, takes you back in time during the town’s heyday. This wouldn’t deter us from returning though.

Reasonably priced given location. The evening music in the tavern was directly below the room. There is no breakfast, but Red Cup across the street is better than a cheap hotel breakfast.
