Harborage Inn on the Oceanfront

The location is perfect! A short walk to the center of town with shops and restaurants and boating/excursions. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Reserving time for the hot tub that overlooks the harbor is key and assures you have privacy. The included breakfast is lovely! As a second timer to this property I appreciated the new digitized door locks, the ability to to charge my vehicle and the refillable water dispenser near the front desk, all new and greatly appreciated features! Ok let’s talk pillows. They are flat pancakes resulting in a fretful nights sleep. A soft goods upgrade is needed here. The mattress is manageable.

Harborage Inn was better than expected! Location was right in town. So easy to walk the shops and we walked to the pier for our Cabbage Island clam bake excursion! Parking was plentiful behind the B&B. Our room was water front right on the harbor. Just beautiful! Their customer ordered breakfast was that of a 5 star restaurant. We enjoyed and ate on our waterfront balcony. All the guest were so friendly as well. The staff was excellent. I will highly recommend to anyone. Close proximity to shops, restaurants and pier and beautiful well appointed room.

Breakfast was great- the rooms where clean and there were a lot of details taken care of.

The room was great and had everything we needed and more. The floors in the bathroom were heated and there was a towel warmer as well. Breakfast was amazing. The rooms were quiet and well appointed and extremely comfortable. We would stay here again and again and again!

The check-in was seamless. The staff was very courteous and professional. We loved the easy key drop off on our way out too.The rooms were impeccably clean. We also love the complimentary breakfast in the morning. The food and service were both awesome! The building could use an elevator. Also the balcony photos advertised for the rooms are not attached to the rooms, they're technically common space. You could catch a good view at breakfast or sundown. But other people can come sit right outside your rooms and see through the big windows into the rooms if you don't keep the curtains drawn. Also, we didn't find a microwave which we thought was a little odd for a 4 star hotel.

Property and breakfast were very good. Staff was friendly and attentive. One small issue is that all the pillows were the same, way to big, neckaches for a back sleeper.

Near shops and harbor cruises, no need to drive anywhere . The breakfasts were so good!! Nice balcony with a beautiful view. Staff was very nice. I was disappointed in the room. It wasn’t 2 bedrooms as described and in the pictures. It had two beds but one of the beds is in the kitchen and the other is in a very narrow bedroom. It looked nothing like the pictures.

The breakfast the next morning was exceptional - we did not expect such a great breakfast (e.g, Belgian Chocolate waffles, fruit, as well as oatmeal with fresh fruit and a granola/muesli type topping (plus coffee, juices, sausages..). We ate breakfast outside overlooking the water. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Loved our stay here. Very comfortable room with a great view of the harbor. Easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Cook to order breakfast was excellent and delivered to the room! Great staff.

Breakfast delivered, but aside from that, a piss poor room! No real management unless you call a number. If you can't hire a concierge attendant at this location, not sure how you've made it this far. Waited at open office/slash alcove for person to get off phone to answer to guests checking in?? Excuse yourself from call at very least and tell someone you will be right with them! Nothing! Crickets as one just stands there for 4 minutes.... Bathroom within room is a joke, shower stall unreasonably small, door doesn't function properly thus a rotted floor under your flooring. As a developer myself, the room could be designed for better funtionality.

Rooms were amazingly clean, but for the blinds oddly enough. Otherwise stellar. Newly renovated. Lovely. Breakfast was ok. Good food, mediocre coffee.

Beautiful view from the deck! Bedding made me sweaty. 100%cotton or linen sheets would have been perfect.

Breakfast and hot tub were really good amenities. We wished there was a comfortable chair for sitting inside the room.

The view from our room was amazing! Panoramic window to the whole harbor! Breakfast each morning was excellent. The location of the Inn was 2 blocks from the harbor front. Had a little trouble getting the jets to work in the jacuzzi tub. Management was quick to respond.
