Best Western Bordentown Inn

No power, dirty bedsheets, broken pool, had to move out 2nd night.

Staff and location were great

I didn’t like the fact the rooms were not to clean

The fridge didn't work, the sheet was stained with blood, there is no pool, and the breakfast was horrible.

Paula at the front was very nice and helpful amazing customer service should be promoted

The air conditioning was fantastic otherwise the room was not, first off the room was dirty like someone never cleaned it there was a half eaten sandwich in the fridge along with a bottle of Jamison liquor and a half of a Wawa ice tea the bathroom was dirty and the phone didn’t work. I’ve stayed here before a long time ago but this place has changed quite a bit since then, I won’t be back!!!

Room was clean. Front desk person was very helpful.

Good: Plenty of amenities Clean shower AC was great. Overall was clean. Trash cans had actual liners. Trash cans on top levels, emptied. Ok: Linen was clean but not enough. Parking is free, but looks dodgy in the back, even with ample light. Pillows Bed Linen felt not fresh. Not good: The Non-smoking room was absolutely smoked in before. I should have asked to switch. Front desk was a hike from my room. Could hear my neighbor snoring. Room Service/Fresh linens was on request, should be daily. Didnt know: Breakfast Overall, for $97/night it was Ok.

My room was not cleaned, but for the 1 night we got thru it never again

Verry good clean service

Room smelled like cigarettes and there was leftover rice grains all over the night stand and floor. Asked to be moved to another room and was told that they were all booked. Parking lot was pretty empty so I doubt it. Facilities looked like they have been updated a little but cleanliness is not an emphasis in this property.

Work ongoing. The atmosphere and environment are uninviting and dirty. The reception are is ok. The, stairwell, access, and rooms could be better

Asked for mopping the floors after two nights and emptying the garbage but unfortunately they were so low staffed that couldn't do it. This would be nice place to stay if just kept cleaner.

Breakfast was minimal A/C was either cool or warm no in between Outside property- papers & debris needed to be picked up

Hard beds and pillows. No pool as advertised neither.

Upon arrival My kid and I were excited to hook in the pool because it was hot. The person who check my in was kind and efficient. We got into our room and set out to look for the pool. I found the pool and as I walked into the pool area the light were off and there were bubbles in the pool. I walked around the front desk and asked if the pool was open. They said no its been closed for 7 months. I explain that was unfortunate because the only reason I spent extra and booked the room was because of the pool. He was it wasnt his fault he told "them" to take it off the websites. We I went back to my room to shower I noticed that the floor was a bit dirty like it hadn't be moped. I will say the room was ice cold and the bed was comfy.

Overall a decent hotel. Chairs in the rooms were in need of being cleaned. The breakfast could have used some fruit on it. Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. Rooms could benefit from some more sound proofing. The highway in front is very loud and you hear every vehicle going by, and louder motorcycles will wake you up during the night. They wanted $10 and hour for a late checkout. Not a huge issue but a first time I have encountered this. A decent place with a few small flaws (no place is perfect) Would book there again.
