Best Western Bordentown Inn

Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked but awesome thats really the only positive things I can say Advertised as having an indoor pool and didnt tell me until after I paid for the room that the pool is closed indefinitely and has been closed for a year!!! I wouldn't have booked a room there had i known that! Super disappointed and quite angry that they can continue to advertise having amenities that they don't have and haven't had for quite some time.

the furniture was cute but uncomfortable the beds was absolutely horrible I drove 8 hours to a hard bed , checked out early and booked another hotel

There's no pool, its advertised but dont have a working swimming pool

The location is great, and the staff was initially friendly. Everything about this property was disgusting. Check your bed before sleeping as after lifting up the mattress there were 10+ insect traps. While I did not see bedbugs we made the decision to not risk it and leave before staying. Additionally, the room we were assigned had AC that did not work, and had other insects all over the place. Not to mention but the pool that is promised on Booking.com and at one point on their website (since been addended in a random FAQ answer) has been closed for several years according to management which is the whole reason we wanted to go. Their staff was rude when asking for a refund afterwards given the blatant lie on both websites.

Bad

I had a wonderful stay in a king size room with ample space a nice "kitchen" area and bathroom. There was plenty of storage in the dresser, side units and closet. The unit was clean. The WIFI was excellent as I utilized the workstation for a days work .the only thing I can say negatively is that the TV is horrible but truly the front deck staff and the wonderful lady in the dining room were most kind and helpful.

Good location Had to change rooms 2 times could have been a 3rd time but I just settled and stayed in the third room. 1st room the microwave was broken & felt the springs in the bed, 2nd room only 1 tv channel was working. 3rd room same as the 2nd but the bed was soft and the room was clean and cold so we just decided to stay . Also the pool area was closed the entire stay.

Great experience and safe place.

No breakfast or pool ad advertised. Wifi wouldn't connect. No phone in room. Water pressure terrible. Water was hot. Sign on front door days No pool under further notice. Sign is weathered. Showsnits been there for some time. They could've updated expedia listing.

Two or more chirping smoke alarms, but staff took care of it...I mentioned it to the front desk. The TV didn't work right, so I had to change rooms. A lot of trash, paper, cans, plastics that people threw around the motel and in the bushes. I stayed several days and no one picked up anything. The breakfast was very minimal, Not much to eat or drink. The staff was friendly and very helpful; however, the price I paid was not worth what I received, The web site made the motel look very inviting, but the information didn't seem up to date once I got there. I want to emphasize that the staff was very helpful and very friendly.

I like the area it's at and the over all scene of the property I put money in washers after i was told they had washers and dryers for clothes if needed, which that's one of the main reasons i chose best western and nothing worked and i didn't realize till after i put money in machines and all the products to wash!

The room was nice. It was quiet. We booked the hotel because they advertised it online. When we arrived they informed us they did not have a pool for over a year. Pretty much defeated the purpose of the stay.

This is the WorstWestern. The facility is more like a motel. Not only outdated but also not maintained. Broken sink and drained ceiling in the bathroom. Roaches in the room. Dirty pool. Poor quality breakfast, i.e., unfilled waffle tank, no warm food. Really not sure how it became a BestWestern.
