Red Roof Inn Bordentown - McGuire AFB

There was no electricity from yesterday evening until this morning. We left without air conditioning. It was really, really hot and humid and really, really bad.

Clean Rooms, Great Staff, Great Parking.

Horrible, smelled, dirty, and staff rude and not helpful.

For the price of the night, I was underwhelmed by the condition of the room. Some tares in the upholstery. Dirty and dust around the perimeter of the room. It was a bit loud during the night, as other guests were noisy. There were also times when the smell of marijuana was quite strong in our room as other guests were partaking outside their rooms.

Perfect condition and fun place

The staff were very helpful and checking in and out was very quick. The grounds and room were clean.

Very good place to stay. The manager was very helpful in resolving a reservation issue that we ran into.

Not a great place to stay, I would keeping looking before staying here. Also, management won’t respond to hotels.com regarding an over billing issue.

For a Red Roof Inn, this wasn’t bad. Room was clean.

Do not stay here, mold in the ceilings, dust and dirt in every corner, walls are paper thin, absolutely disgusting. Bugs were flying around our sick, toilet was not clean and found hair in the sink and towels. Sheets had permanent stains on them. This place should be torn down.

I did not stay the night. We checked out within an hour of check in. We did go the front desk and explain why the front desk lady was very understanding and the manager on the phone agreed it was ok to leave and we would be reimbursed. The front of the location did not look bad, but our room was in the back. The front of the room was littered with all sorts of trash overflowing from the trash can. Even the parking spot. There were shady characters lurking along the path to the rooms that made us feel uneasy the lock on the door was broke off so when I got in the room to change, housekeeping was able to walk right in. We did not feel safe to leave our vehicle there to attend a wedding and spend the night, so we decided to travel back home and check out. I have pictures of the bathroom that I would not have used and the broken door lock.

They had the wrong room for the booking and the room smelled like someone smoked in it for 30 years and there were someone in the back parking lot doing drugs and I had a child with me. We never stayed in the room. I asked for a refund and she said she would refund my credit card and I did not get my refund.

Whole building was incredibly clean. Pool was very refreshing. Staff did allow a lot of partying and weed-smoking around the pool that was quite annoying. But it did promptly quit when the pool closed. Room needed some minor work but was overall great for the money.
