So I typically don’t do reviews. I understand there are off days for people but this was atrocious. I should have known something was up when one of my children says,”daddy, why are the light falling off the building?”. All the flood-lamps were falling off the building. Lobby door glass seals were busted giving off that hazy look of a not well maintained building. Then we got to the room. Door handle was on backwards and almost hit the wall when opening. Then the bathroom was in disrepair but at least usable. Until we used the shower. The handle fell off twice. The drain was almost nonexistent as it took about 15 minutes to drain from a 4-5 minute shower. And while the television was usable, why does there have to be 2 remotes and no explanation of how to find the right combo to get the Dish network to come on. Then the breakfast. A couple of waffle irons. Syrup that was right from the grocery store. 3-4 pieces of fruit, no juice, milk in whole gallons that lord knows how long they had been open. And the coffee, smelled terrible. So disappointing. Thank goodness we happened to see WaWa across the street and a Dunkin so we left without eating. Good riddance. At least the parking lot was lit so we could see the rifraf in the parking lot at night. Do yourself a favor and stay down the road and spend more money. You’ll thank yourself.

Floor was dirty. room carpets stained. lobby was used as daycare. dirty and treated badly. Booked and not reversed regarding stay.

Our room was in need of refurbishing. Bathroom and closet doors wouldn’t close, chipped paint, dents and dings everywhere.

The hotel entrance and reception were dirty, the pool wasn't working, and the food was practically nonexistent.
-
The hotel was filthy. Also, they advertise a pool but have no intention of opening it. Owner says it cost too much money to operate.

This is the second hotel on Expedia where we booked hoping to go swim and yet again the pool was closed. The shower at this location was falling apart literally and there was hair all along the walls. The air was cool and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was disgusting and the syrup was empty. Coffee wasn’t great either. Loud doors slamming all through the night. Wifi worked well.

I don’t like anything about this place. Only the front desk Person was very nice. the room smell like a hold house close for years smell horrible. They only served bread and cold cereal. For breakfast no hot cereal, no egg, no bacon no sausage nothing. Also no pool available big lies

When I arrived I was disturbed by the front lobby and the front desk. When I got my room assignment I went and after seeing the hotel and room decided to not stay. I paid the night anyway just to not stay as they would not reimburse that night. Place was dirty with live in residents.

It was really dirty behind the bed and under neath the mattress and under bed. Looks like it hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned in years. It also looked like where there were maintenance done to walls that they just put plaster on wall and never repainted to match. The air condition wasn’t put on at all when I arrived and had to put it on after i checked in and it was 100 heat index. I will never stay there again. The only reason I stayed is because it was for a wedding and I disn’t want to be disrespectful.

Everything was very good staying at this property

NO! The pool was green. There was a bagel Left in the toaster from that morning’s breakfast and when we down to look at the breakfast options, there was not much available. There was tissue in our peephole on the door. The security lock was broken. The wall was spackled but not repainted. The bathroom had mold in the tub. Not sure if the sheets were changed as they were wrinkly but they seemed okay. We took our chances. The elevator and the parking lot were dirty and garbage was not picked up outside. I’m swearing off of booking reservations at Comfort Inn. It was not a great experience and we didn’t feel very safe or that our surroundings were clean.

BED BUGS!! Beware!!! We brought the pillow cases with bed bugs all over them to the lobby and the "manager" was so unapologetic and unhelpful - he basically shined us on. Expedia contacted him to get us our money back and he refused. This was the single worst experience we've had at ANY hotel in ANY city in ANY country. Stay away from this horrible place. It's a dump.

Breakfast was lacking, hotel not up to date, definitely not worth the price…
