MHO Hotel Bordentown

It was a decent place to lay my head down for a few days

Requested a 1st floor due to a serious leg injury. 2nd time in 3 stays was forced to walk the steps. I unfortunately couldn't bring in all items I needed. Was and am extremely upset about not accomodating my minimal and special requested need.

This place is horrible and disgusting! Parking didn’t feel safe. Smoking and weed smell all over the place. Microwave was very unclean. Staircase and hallways are very dirty—zero maintenance. Inside the room, terrible smells, beds were stinking like urine! When we went for check-in, we were told that we would get 15 minutes to check the room to decide if we would like to stay—what?? Couldn’t understand why that option was given😢 Since it was already late, we decided to stay, but we couldn’t stay there more than 30 minutes; stink everywhere. We left the place in the middle of the night without any option for refund!

Pillows were awful…flat and only two on the bed. No Kleenex or hair dryer. Clean, large room with good water pressure in the shower and high enough shower head so I didn’t have to duck. Staff was welcoming even at our late check in. Convenient to our final destination at an affordable price.

The staff was nice and the sheets and towels were clean however the room smell of old.damp dog and stale cigarettes. There was no shower liner so the water was all over the floor. Our bed cover had cigarette burn marks on them and lack of pillows.

Very outdated, burn holes in blankets, trash all over outside, rooms had a smoke smell, pillows definitely need replacing, the table in our room was broken, no vents in bathroom. Definitely could use a paint job. Was a last minute decision to book with them definitely should’ve waited until we pulled in. Lots of locals live there with broken down cars .

Over night and day staff was amazing

Room was clean, but unfortunately it smelled like smoke every time we stepped out of the room into the hallway. Price was right and staff was very helpful. Parking was close by and air conditioning worked well.

The front desk and cleaning staff are exceptional..Especially Ms Kathy.The rooms are clean.

Although clean and sanitary carpets were stained and ripped and torn. Front desk clerk was enthusiastic.

The whole property smelled of weed and smoke. Room was clean but the smell just sneaks in over time. Very old and worn out property. Was quiet. Spent a night so decent considering the amount paid but would definitely avoid with family or if you dont like smoke smell. Wont consider for future ever at all.

The hallway and stairs need to be updated. Carpet was old and broken. TV’s need updating also.

Place is somewhere between a hotel and motel. Room was clean for the most part though housekeeping only comes every other day. Make sure to let them know to clean the whole place, not just the bathroom. Most or the staff were pretty helpful. The property could be better maintained. The bathroom door didn’t open all tge way easily. It kept getting jammed. Overall, the place is adequate for a traveler who is on a budget.

There prices per night are the lowest in town. The room was very clean and comfortable as well.The staff here is very helpful and friendly as well.There is plenty of places to park.6Flags Great Adventure is about twenty minutes away. There's plenty of places to go to and eat.Lot of gas stations near by.Also Highways195 &295 are near by.

room was pretty clean. only 1 cockroach

This is in a sketchy part of town, convenient in town, but smells of smoke and the room has a terrible stench, not even a candle could help, bathrooms were disgusting and the bed was covered in dead bugs. NOT worth the money.
