Our two disappointments: the indoor pool (that the kids were really looking forward to) was dirty, the water cloudy and the smell of chlorine and chemicals unbearable, we didn't even try. And the breakfast ran out by 9:30am, though understood it was a holiday weekend and the hotel was full. So, we went to Denny's and had a great time.

I followed the instructions in the email, notified the clerk to check his email for the incidental coverage and he argued with me for an hour that I needed a credit card at midnight when I needed to be up at 6am, I had to call the support line and have them call before he would do anything he just kept saying I needed a credit card, then when support called and things were finally resolved he threw my room key across the counter, the employee needs to be trained on how engine incidental coverage works and how to interact with customers because he cost me sleep for his ignorance of the procedure I checked out at 6am same employee and he was outside for 10 minutes before I could return the room key

The hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My dog was welcome. The rooms were beautiful and spacious and comfortable.

Loved everything about it! Comfortable, clean and outdoor areas were great! Breakfast was very good and I did like that there was a mini shop if there was anything needed. Employees were friendly and accommodating.

Clean room. Friendly staff from top to bottom. Breakfast cooked really well. Kitchen in the room was great with a nearly full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave. They even offer giving you a hotplate if you wanted.

My family had a great time, thank you. We especially appreciated the pet area. It was very clean and well stocked with pet necessities.

There was a leak near the AC/heater causing a wet rug in that area. Supposedly they had someone take a look. I left before I knew if it was fixed.

Room was great! Good size. Updated furnishings. Nicely equipped kitchenette with a full size fridge and dishwasher. We had problems with the A/C not getting cool the first night, next day they installed a whole brand new unit! Came in that night and it was like a meat locker! Slept like a baby! Beds were comfortable too. I would recommend getting pillows with different levels of firmness. Other than that the stay was perfect!

I was so pleased with this stay. Exceptionally clean and spacious rooms - nice pool and friendly staff. We will be back here if we return to the area in the future!

Arrived at 3pm, room was not ready which was fine. Sat in the lobby for 40 minutes (10 feet from the front desk). Finally went back to the desk and asked how much longer it would be. I was then told by the lady who initially told me the room was not ready that all rooms were ready. I asked if someone was going to let me know that as I was sitting waiting for 40 minutes right in front of her. To which she replied that she had others to check in while I waited. Not a great start to the experience.
