Holiday Inn Express Bordentown - Trenton South by IHG

Well, it was not a bad hotel but for the price , it was not acceptable. Not very clean. Staff were not very motivated. Overall, it was not a bad stay but too overpriced. So I would not recommend. If I have to or you have to , it’s not another story , but I would not happily book again at this location

Everything was nice I love it the place very clean nice environment.

No hot water. Then no water at all

The room was fine however the restroom could use a face-lift. Alao the water was leaking in the shower even after you tried to turn the water off. There was no plastic dirty clothes bag.

The staff was little to no help. Half were rude.

I booked this hotel based on reviews. It was completely mediocre. The bathroom was honestly not clean. There was hair and dirt on the baseboards and a stain in the shower. The room smelled very musty. Almost even a urine smell. The carpet was old and gross. Breakfast wasn’t awesome. We are staying at a motel now in Hershey and honestly it is so much better. I was quite disappointed in this property. So take it or leave it. I wished someone had left an honest review of this old tired hotel.

My stay was pleasant, Fri thru Mon. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The only issue I had was the water pressure in the shower. It was non existent at times and the water would go from warm to cold at any given moment. I would stay here again however, hopefully the issue will be resolved. I have stayed here before.

Parking wasn’t an issue, Breakfast didn’t have very many choices and pastries were stale. Need to consider that people who eat healthy or in special diets. Our room was clean but the carpet wasn’t clean. Staff were very nice and very helpful. The pool was cold and wasn’t able to use it. TV didn’t come with a guide so you didn’t know what channels were what. We didn’t have hot water one morning but Staff did help and responded very quickly to resolve the problem. But we would come back and stay again. But they do need to make changes for customers

Close property to my family and restaurant locations. Doris and the Housekeeper were life savers. I accidentally left my wallet behind and they immediately called me to return back to the hotel to pick up my wallet. So grateful for their swift response before I left to back home to Chicago. Clean hotel. Breakfast was delicious.

No hot water. Had to take a cold shower. Faucet in tub wouldn't shut off. We made front desk aware but it ran all night. Breakfast very limited and in a very tight area.

Breakfast was excellent and staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel offered a pleasant stay overall, with clean rooms and attentive staff. We did face an issue with the bathtub faucet, where the hot and cold water temperatures couldn’t be adjusted. The hotel team responded promptly and tried to resolve the problem, but once they determined it couldn’t be fixed quickly, they arranged a room for us on another floor. While this helped, the process added delays to our travel plans. Despite this inconvenience, the front‑desk staff remained responsive and helpful throughout, and the hotel’s cleanliness was consistently good.

Staff was outstanding!!!! So friendly and helpful. Only complaint I have is no water bottles available. I don't think the guests need to buy them. Breakfast was very good and so was the coffee. Quiet hotel was what I needed and I got it! Thank's I will be back! Patricia Stevenson 7/16/2026 until 7/20th/2026

Room was clean. Prefect for quick over night stay.

Room was very old and falling apart. Tub faucet was continuously running and the carpet all around the AC and desk was wet. The last straw was ants in the bed. I first saw ants on the night stand then multiple in the bed. Went to the front desk and they switched my room. Other room was still very old and the bathroom was dirty but it was so late I had to get my child to bed. I would not stay there again.

The hotel is what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our only issue was the shower fluctuating between hot and cool a lot and not a lot of water pressure. Overall a good stay.

Everything was excellent.
